Beginning in 1980's, I Have Been a Patient with this Clinic through MANY NAME CHANGES & Doctor Arrivals, Departures due to Retirements other Variables (ie: changed City where they Practiced). (CIMPA CLINIC/ HUBLER/REED/EDDY DAMMROSE/ CALDWELL MEDICAL GROUP Being most recent). Dr. Reed, Dr. Eddy, Dr. Dammrose, Dr Stritzke (had a few visits with), Dr. Hubler, back to Dr. Eddy then to Dr. Koga. Changes for availability of Doctor at time of needed Appointment/Hospitalization. NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN CARE, TREATMENT, HANDLING OF AILMENTS, FOLLOW-UP, ACCESSABILITY etc.

Dr. Koga is an amazing physician and human! He is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and honestly cares about his patients. I’m able to get in to see him in a timely manner & his office staff is quick in replying to my concerns & calls. I was very fortunate to find him as a physician!

Dr. Koga is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He listens carefully, and is familiar with your history. He gives a complete explanation, taking all the time needed to address questions. The staff is friendly, and very good about follow-up calls etc. Wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr Koga.

Dr Koga is one of the best doctors I have ever had and being 76 years old I have had my share for sure. I have a few health issues that require me to see him every three months and always leave feeling he has been genuinely concerned about my condition and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with what he suggested. He is a real good listener and gives you a good chance to voice your feelings on matters. In short, he is what I would call an excellent physician.

Dr. Koga asked a lot of good questions and was very interested in my recovery. I recommend him highly.

I needed a primary care Physician and Dr. Koga was assigned to me through Regence. I was a little apprehensive at first but glad now I ended up with the good doctor. I like his bedside manner and he seemed genuinely interested in my issues. Thumbs up :)

Dr. Koga is consistently attentive to my questions, and sometimes I wonder if he'd just listen all day! Always look forward to my appointments with him even if I have an urgent medical problem. This last visit was more of a consultation.

My wife and I just moved to area from Prescott AZ and one of my biggest concerns was replacing my AZ primary care doctor. My concerns no longer exist as Dr Koga and his staff are top notch in all regards.

I give Dr. a high rating for knowledge and skill. From the recent experiences I've had with WV procedures and tests, I find that the IT transfer of info has been faulty. I have found information on the patient portal that he did not have.

Dr. Koga is the kind of physician that a discerning patient desires. He spends time with his patients, allowing a dialogue which leads to the proper care and treatment choices for what ails you. His bedside manor is top notch and if he doesn't have the answer, he will work to find it. I highly recommend him for your general physician needs.

Dr. Koga has been a good doctor for me all these past years. Just would like to add suggestion. It would be nice to get information on co-pays and fees beyond insurance payments. Just want to know what my cost will be in the future. Records probably show out of pocket information, need it before visit. Especially for other referrals or procedures.

I have been seeing Doctor Koga for several years now and the best part is he spends all the time needed to talk to him he never makes me feel like I'm being rushed.

Great internal medicine Dr. I always look forward to seeing him, he just makes a person feel so comfortable when at the office. He speaks to you so that you understand everything that is being discussed. It's like visiting with an old friend. His nurse Esther is just as personable as he is, she is always very prompt at letting me know what my lab results say. Great Dr. and a great clinic.

Dr. Koga always has his patients best interest in mind. He is always good to get to the bottom of any current health issue or situation and order the the best recommendations for his patient. We are very happy with Dr. Koga and everything that he does for our family.

My appointment was right on time. Dr. Koga takes time to answer all your questions. I had two reason's for my doctor's appointment. Both items were answered. I always feel comfortable talking to him.

Dr Koga is a wonderful doctor! He was recommended to us by a friend who has been going to him for over 15 years. She spoke very highly of him, and when we went to him we were very pleased. He is friendly, concerned, and easy to talk to. He sat down and made us feel like he had all day for us. He listened to us, and we feel like he will be able to help with many of our health problems. We had to wait for a while to get an appointment because Dr Koga is very much in demand.

Dr Koga has been my doctor for many years now. He's easy to talk to, listens to what I have to say, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate the fact that he isn't a "drug pusher". He will obviously prescribe medications if necessary but will work with you on other ways to remedy a medical concern or need if possible. I highly recommend him.

Great Doctor

As a new patient to Dr. KogaI wanted to have a chance to "meet and greet" Dr. Koga was responsive to my questions and concerns, gave me a true feeling a "family" doctor.

I appreciate Dr. Koga's style of treatment. He gives you his full attention and then asks any questions necessary to clarify the problem. His experience and wisdom from years of practice are evident in his approach to improving the patient's health. He is what I would call a people person. I am happy we found him.

Dr, Koga gave the usual request for new patients when he started at West Valley 25 years ago or so. I made an appointment to see him and have never been sorry . Not only does he try to solve your problem but he is friendly, courteous, clean, you name it. He also speaks directly to me (I'm hard of hearing) and not to outer space or somewhere. I do appreciate that. He has my full endorsement.

Dr. Koga is a doctor who not only treats his patients but he actually listens to the patient and weighs the course of treatment with the patient. He never speaks down to his patients but always on the same level with them. He is very skilled, intuitive, considerate yet with a definite plan of action for treatment.
