Dr. Kasra Eliasieh

My son's appointment with this office that was scheduled 1 1/2 months in advance. He was very patient and believed that he would be seen on the day he was scheduled. His condition has since worsened. He arrived on this office (today 2/7/2023) and was told he would have to wait another 1 1/2 months for another appointment due to another "priority". The office claimed that they called...but he NEVER received a VM or an email/txt. With all the technology we have today to connect and inform patients of changes, this should have never happened. This has put him and his condition at risk and now he will have to go to ER or find another facility to help him. This is the worst customer care I have ever witnessed. If I could post this message without a star I would. Shame on YOU!!!

My entire experience was great. Dr Eliasieh was very personable, clear and warm. He took the time to explain everything and outline my options. He welcomed my questions and took great care in answering them. The surgery was also a very pleasant experience given that it was surgery. I met with Dr. Eliasieh for a second opinion on a previous eye surgery by another surgeon. Dr. Eliasieh was a patient listener. He was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided a brilliant second opinion, which was my goal. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent experience. He really cares about his patients, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed post-op. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. Highly recommend!

Ineffective

Could not provide any solution to daughters problem and referred to reschedule with coworker instead of him. Coworker was on vacation, could never reschedule a follow up.

One of the greatest Dr's i have ever worked for. He takes care of all his patient's with pride & joy.
