I have had Dr. Benson my children’s Doctor for 26 & 1/2 years. Ever since my oldest of 2 children was 1 & 1/2 years old. She is an excellent doctor!!!

Katherine Benson is a very sweet lady and a good doctor. But, it does bother me that when I see her, I wait a minimum of 3 hours, even though I'm first in line, with an appointment. I feel like my time is valuable too, and will therefore take my business elsewhere.

Excellent doctor. Listens, spends a lot of time with you and actually cares. Very sweet, too.

Dr. Benson is indeed a very wonderful doctor. However this office is completely unprofessional. They won't take walk in patients. They insist on appointments only to keep you in waiting room over an hour ten minutes! Still no sign of any doctor. Last time I was there it was there similar situation. Walked out both times with no medical attention. People have jobs and other things to do! If you don't have much of a life and time spare this is your office. Take two three hours why don't you! Grew up with Dr. Benson as my pediatrician. She is so wonderful. She always knew how to diagnose me and placate my mother. I miss her and highly recommend her. I had to write a review because these bad reviews are not an accurate representation of her as a doctor. Those reviews should maybe be reserved for the clinic itself if the scheduling is that much of an issue. Grew up with Dr. Benson as my pediatrician. She is so wonderful. Very good doctor she is a pediatrician to my twins I would recommend her very good

This is by far the worst Doctor's office I've ever been to. Ms Benson and her staff has no people skills at all. Very unprofessional and nasty attitudes. Spoke with the doctor over the phone about one of her staff and the way we were treated and she could care less. I would not recommend this office, I really think they should close this place down, because this doctor is unfit to care for children.

She always seems mad. Is not kind to kids and even though we have been going for 2 years she still doesn't remember us nor does the staff. Waiting takes FOREVER!!!!! Def looking for a different Ped for my toddlers!
