Apparently, this Dr. doesn't read reviews from his "former" patients. I dropped him the last time I saw him. His arrogance is astounding. By the time he got around to getting back with me I had already found another Dr. This guy has you wait for over two hours and when you complain makes you feel like it is a privilege to even be seen by him. His time is valuable, yours is not. Once again GOODBYE.

Appointments always require long waits. New doctor assistant is unprofessional and rude.

The new office is nice. There is a focus on electronic submittal of all information which I prefer. Dr Newman is attentive and knowledgeable.

We had an appointment at 10:30 and my son did not go back unit noon and the doctor did not come in until 1pm and then refused to do the request of the other doctor and he questioned us about why did our doctor send us to him because he was not part of that doctors network.

I’m sure he’s a fine doctor… but he made it his business to try to tell me and my husband how wrong we are for NOT being vaccinated.

Dr. Newman was very attentive and concerned about my condition. He spent time with me and my wife to cover everything and he patiently answered all of our questions.

Smooth experience! Dr. Newman was very upfront and informative prior to the day of the procedure. The day of the procedure, I was able to be home within an hour.

My mother is 95 years old with a painful back and weak legs. We waited OVER 2 hours for her appointment with only a comment of: “that was a long wait…..” when we complained about it!! I will only go back there in an emergency! Totally unacceptable!

Very kind doctor with friendly iffice staff.

After three visits with Dr. Newman, I found that Dr. Newman is a knowledgeable Doctor and a kind person, his staff is helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Newman to everyone.

Dr. Newman is the best he knows exactly what he is doing and takes his time to ensure you are well taken care of . My husband have been going to him for over 10 years and he refuse to go to someone else.

I really like the staff and Dr. Newman. Unfortunately , the first appt I waited 2 hours to see him. The second appt I waited 90 minutes and could not stay any longer. I understand he does hospital consults and surgery, but he needs to be scheduled appropriately for the clinic time he does have.

I value my time as well as anyone else, and would have like to been notified by the office that there was only one doctor available on the day of my appointment, which was scheduled well in advance. I got to the office and sat for 30 minutes without being called to the back. The front desk clerks never bothered to address the fact I had sat as long as I did. I went to the front desk and asked what was taking so long? I was told “not sure” You have been checked in. About 15 minutes later I was called to the back, did a urine sample. I was told by a lady that it was the holiday and Dr. Newman, was the only doctor available and was put in a room where I had to keep getting out of my seat every 5-10 minutes so that the sensor to keep the light on would know that someone was in the room. I sat another 30-40 minutes and no one bothered to check on me. I finally decided that if they didn’t realize or care that my time is valuable I sure did. I let the nurse or lady in the back know that I couldn’t wait any longer. What angered me is the lack of concern from the front to the back area. I scheduled time off my job to keep the appointment but was never seen by the doctor. I just think some type of effort should have been made to notify me to see if I wanted to reschedule based upon the situation that was going on in the office with the one doctor. Once again a person time should be respected. Dr. Newman and his staff have always been there for me. I couldn't be in better hands.

SAT 40 MINUTES PAST APP. TIME IN WAITING ROOM. SO I LEFT!

Staff was friendly but after waiting 1and half hours I couldn't and wouldn't wait any longer. Just no respect for my time.

HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS There when I needed them . Helping me get the TEST I NEEDED . HE IS VERY KIND IN HIS CARE . I was told by two friends ,when I got sick. He was a wonderful Dr. THANKS FOR HELPING ME

My experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. I was told I had a kidney stone 8mm and it wouldn’t come out I had to have it removed. I spent 2 hospital visits and the second time he went in for the kidney stone he didn’t get a view of where the kidney stone was he just went in blind then told me I couldn’t find it???? So why did I just have surgery a second time???? Would not recommend nor would I recommend anyone else see this individual. And on top of that his bedside manner stinks! The worst. All my experiences with Dr Newman, Urology Clinics of North Texas, have been excellent. He and his staff are courteous, careful, and professional. I highly recommend them.

He did help me when I was in terrible shape. But he is too busy. His staff failed in follow up care more than once. When I called about the test kit for my next procedure that was never ordered they couldn't even find my appointment. Last straw. I had to look elsewhere for my care.

Dr. Keith Neuman has been my Doctor since 2008 and has been always very kind and caring. He is knowlegeable and professionable with all my needs and concerns . He will always take time to answer your questions and find a solution for your problem. Great Doctor, highly recommend him . His staff no less than their boss and great to work with them. The timing of the process was quick and on time. The nurse and staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor was attentive and so far the results are excellent

I called for an appointment and asked how much the office visit would be if your paying cash I was told $200 -$450 for just a straight up visit just a consultation,why would the cash price vary ??? The people answering your phones are representing your business,and I will not Gm go to a doctor with incompetent staff.

Dr. Newman and staff are great. Having said that, be prepared to wait. My last visit I had to wait for over an hour and fifteen minutes beyond my appointment time. Thus the 4 star rating.

Dr Newman was very professional, and staff very courteous. Facilities were clean and orderly. The four star rating is because it takes forever to get an appointment. Follow-up is not in a timely manner.

Dr. Newman is a great doctor. He spends all the time you need to explain his diagnosis and expectations for recovery. You may have to wait a little to see him because he takes time with you and with his other patients.

Dr. Newman is a very knowledgeable and compassionate urologist for whom I have great respect. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The office is clean, bright, and cheerful, and I was impressed with the effort made to minimize the possible spread of COVID.

Dr. Newman is the best he knows exactly what he is doing and takes his time to ensure you are well taken care of . I have been going to him for over 10 years and would never go to someone else. His staff cares about you and they make sure that you understand what to do next . They are very professional and care about you personally .

Dr Newman is a great Doctor would recommend him to anyone. Going to him since 2007 and is very attentive to anything you ask him. Staff is always accommodating and happy. Don't know why he gets such a bad review.

I am a patient of Dr. Newman for over six years. I could not be more please with his help. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field, urology, but he is also very careful to fully explain to me his findings and offer very cogent reasons for the treatment he recommends. He cares about me and my health. In addition, he has an outstanding staff, especially his nurse, Teresa.

I do not recommend Dr. Newman. He convinced my husband that his scalpel method was as good as the other no-scalpel methods. Not true! He did a quick careless procedure, without consideration for the location and size of the incisions (which are not symmetrical or equal size), and my husband has experienced delayed and painful healing with multiple complications. Dr. Newman has been unhelpful and dismissive on multiple follow-up visits, requiring us to seek treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend Dr. Newman. I am always pleased with the kindness and courtesy of Dr. Newman and his staff. I am treated with respect and find it quite refreshing that Dr. Newman provides clear, understandable explanations using non medical words.

I've been using Dr. Newman for a while now and have always found him and the staff to be knowledgeable, patient, and informative. After the medications I had been on quit working on me, Dr. Newman suggested surgery to correct my condition. The surgery was flawless and there were no surprises along the way because Dr. Newman had informed me, ahead of time, what to expect in the healing process.

Dr. Newman has been my Urologist for the past 5 years. He has always been very professional, caring and gets to know his patients. In times of Emergencies Dr. Newman's experience and dedication proved priceless. The week of April 6, 2020 I was in severe pain from a large kidney stone. I called Dr. Newman's office that night and he saw me first thing in the morning. With COVID-19 hospitals were only dealing with emergencies. DR. Newman, knowing I was in pain, was able to schedule and perform surgery to blast and remove the large kidney stone that week. The whole hospital experience and surgery was outstanding. Dr. Newman took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect after, and explained and gave written directions to follow after surgery. Follow up visits were handled on time, efficient, and professionally. Even the removal of the stent, which I was really dreading, was performed quickly and effectively with very little pain. Dr. Newman is experienced and I highly recommend.
