Last year when I had the flu I was told I came in to late( even though I got the earliest appointment available) so she couldn't give me anything to help. I just had to wait it out. So yesterday I got a covid test at a Urgent care( because Emory had a wait of 3 to 4 days) Now they won't see me until I speak to their covid team, and the wait on the phone is 45 minutes until an hour. This is ridiculous!!! So basically if you're sick and you need help right way they are absolutely NO HELP!!! They basically told me to just wait it out yet again!!! Not at all pleased with Dr Henry, she's not very thorough at all, I definitely won't be going back. Too many unsatisfied experiences and mind you I've only seen her three to four times. I really tried to give her a chance but it didn't work out for.

Dr. Henry has always been a trustworthy informative doctor. The nurses secretaries and workers always are kind and willing to help and answer any questions. It’s always a great experience when I visit!

After numerous calls on a very serious matter Dr. Kela Henry's office has not called me on a C.T. brain scan with contrast dye. The intial concern was generated and reported to Dr Henry' s office on the 12 th of May after 2 C.T. scans were given at the Braselton ,N.E. Ga. Hospital. She neglected to call me or the neurosurgeon back to discuss the matter, I was also turned away when I went to her office after waiting, however sometime later I received a voice mail to set an appt with Emory Johns Creek to do another CT, the voice mail stating " Pretty immediately". I went an was given a CT Contrast Dye Scan. I was told by the tech that my Physician should be calling shortly, that afternoon. After 3 calls and the doctors assistant hearing the concerns of my wife , it is now June the 19th and still NO RESPONSE. This is definitely neglect on the physician part of which I am reporting. I am a very patient person btw but on a matter of this importance I feel a Licensed Dr. should put their patients first, especially when there is a concern. There are No Excuses for this conduct. Dr. Kela Henry has been my primary physician for over 5 years. She is very understanding, helpful and the visits are not rushed like other doctors offices. I typically see her 4 times a year. I appreciate the time and care she provides during my visits.

Dr. Henry is more than a great doctor. She is a person who truly cares about your health and well being. She’s very informative and goes above and beyond her duty to make sure you get the proper treatment, prescriptions etc. I’m truly happy to have found her and to have her as my doctor!

Dr. Henry is an excellent physician. She takes the time to explain things so that the patient clearly understands the diagnosis and a plan going forward. The office is very modern and clean. I would recommend Dr. Henry to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Dr. Henry is pleasant and thorough, however, the office wait time is at least an hour for any visit. The office is disorganized and slow. Getting in for a sick visit is out of the question, as it takes days to get in. We always have to go to Urgent Care.

I have been using Dr. Henry for 5+ years and she is an excellent doctor. She is personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. She goes over and beyond with her patients. She is great!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Henry for several years and am totally satisfied with her treatment and communication. She is very personable, efficient and listens to my concerns. I find her to be highly intelligent and straightforward.

No direct contact with the office all calls go through a separate line, and making an appointment the person asked very detail questions for before making an appointment or leaving a message for the doctor to call you. It also make take days for the doctor to get back to you and a week if the doctor has to refer to a specialist. So going for a sick visit is out of the questions.
