I am absolutely aesthetic with the outcome of my appointment, and how friendly the staff at Dr. Burke’s office was. Dr. Todd is who I saw yesterday and she was absolutely amazing. The min you walk into the office you feel welcomed, like they have known you for years. (This was my first appointment.) my vision has been slowly getting worse, and here at dr Burke’s, they help me find a comfortable pair of glasses at a responsible price. I am so happy I chose this office, and not some big office or chain eye care Place. Even with the outcome of needing bifocals, I’m still a happy customer who will recommend this office to anyone who asks. I can’t wait to come pick my glasses up! I have been going to this place since I was a kid but my most recent experience was far from positive. I ordered a pair of glasses on June 29th and they said it would take 7-10 business days. It is now July 16th and no one knows where my glasses are. I have been told 4 days in a row now they will definitely be in tomorrow and every day is the same response. Today they finally said they would call the lab and find out what’s going on and I never received a phone call back. They don’t work Fridays so now I have to wait until Monday to find out what happened to these glasses that I need to see at work that I spent all this money on. My eye doctor actually works out of this office and another office on alternating days. I had to get in touch with her to get a prescription filled and the office I normally use dropped the ball, and did not cal in the prescription that I needed for a corneal abrasion. Susan, the secretary here, took it upon herself to call me and let me know that she called in the prescription to be filled as it had not been handled yet. I will continue to use the other practice as it is closer to home, but had to make special mention of Susan, as help like this is hard to find at any medical office today. Thank you!! Dr. Burke was truly interested in finding the best solution for my sight problems. Thorough and a good communicator. Very professional with a staff just as professional and caring. A real find and I would surely recommend to anyone looking for an eye care practice.

Went to get my sun glass lenses replaced with prescription lenses and have the temples replaced (free service from the manufacturer) I asked for a price. Took 4 days for them to "call the company" and get the price. I paid the deposit waited 2 weeks for the call that never came. I went back to inquire whats up. They told me that the glasses i gave them cannot be made prescription. Curious how they got the quote if this was true. I got my refund back and they said that the company had them in the mail coming back, should be back in 3 days. 10 days later still no call, went back again. Was told there was a shipping error and they will be in in a few more days. Every visit I reminded them about the temple replace and i was promised that they ordered them. Finally, after a month total, and not receiving a call, i went back yet again. My glasses were there. Finally. I asked about the temples. No temples, they were never ordered even though I asked at least 5 times. I will never shop here, have service here, or recommend here. We enjoyed this office very much (my six year old said it was awesome and did a dance with a thumbs up at the end). I recommend it for all people. The approach is thorough. I brought myself and three young children, they played, in the waiting area, while waiting for my appointment they assisted With picking out my glasses. They preformed tests that most doctors have failed to preform. I highly recommend for all children especially those who might be slower to learn, have ADHD/ADD, dyslexia, focusing issues, and for people who have trouble going from paper to distance (such as in a classroom). Very happy with this experience. We will be going here from now on. Thank you Dr. Burke! Dr. Burke is the best! I explained to him over the phone what was wrong with my eye, and he told me how to take care of it, prescribed an antibiotic ointment, and we chatted a bit. My eye is so much better after just one day and Dr. Burke said he'd call me to check my progress. Thank you Dr. Burke!

I had a great first experience here. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a new eye doctor and I will certainly be going back.

Kenneth Burke is the kindest doctor I have ever known in my life. A wonderful eye doctor; a more wonderful human being.

Dr. Burke has been my optometrist since 1984! For the past 15 years I have lived in Florida, but I still get my check ups from Dr. Burke when I visit my daughters in Connecticut, and I choose to do this because I have not had an eye exam in Floor which even comes close to the thoroughness that is Dr. Burke's hallmark. Always enjoy Dr. Burke office visits. His staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor always has some health tips from his continuing to push the edge of the latest scientific research. One doctor visit I enjoy thoroughly.

Dr. Ken Burke is a very thorough Optometrist. My family and I have been going to Dr. Burke for the past 25 plus years. Your sight is very important to Dr. Burke. He wants to ensure your vision is not compromised by prevention you can begin at an early age, or even as you become older.

I am so grateful for the competent and intuitive care that I received from Dr Burke. Having an urgent problem they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. Although I may have interrupted Dr Burke's normal schedule you would never know it by the quality of care and time he took to help me out. I am truly grateful and relieved to know that there is still the type of practices that take the time and interest to provide appropriate care in timely manner.
