Ketan Shah

I had another ENT, but wasn't comfortable anymore on how he treated my son on our last visit. I was given the name of another Dr. after a visit to the ER for myself. I ended up seeing Dr. Shah and what a difference. I didn't feel rushed, he answered questions, was very thorough. Great bedside manner. The other staff that I saw in the office as well, were professional, knowledgeable and treated me with respect. Glad to have found a Dr. I feel comfortable with.

Dr. Shah and his staff are simply outstanding. He is a great communicator and educates the patient very well.

He is a great doctor. My son has a minor ear wax problem. He takes him less than 5 minutes to take care my son problem. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Shah and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my family's ENT physician for a few years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit. If you are looking for a doctor with comprehensive medical knowledge, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, then Dr. Shah is someone you should consider!

Always very nice and helpful. Spent a ton of insurance money there. He promised me after sinus surgery thar he could get rid of a sinus infection in one day. I called on a Friday am with a terrible sinus infection and his staff was rude and would not get me in to see the PA until the following Tuesday. I seeked help elsewhere and will never use this place again. I recommended at least 3 patients to his practise. I will never be back.
