Dr. Khaja Asadullah

Horrible experience from day one..very dirty office and very unprofessional staff. Assistants are rude and very unpleasant. Went for a physical twice and really never had a physical....looks in ears and mouth and listened to my chest.. that is it. Never asked me anything about how I was feeling...and when I mentioned concerns...they were just kinda overlooked and not really answered. Went for lab work on both occasions and was told both times they never received the results....upon asking the lab..they were sent over results two days after the draw. I am still waiting for results that were never given to me and was told by two people.."I will call you back by Monday" that was in February.....was told by the Assistant.."a lot of things fall thru the cracks "...Wow not something that you should tell a patient...Needless to say...I would Never recommend this Place to anyone that I care about. Dr. Asadullah was WONDERFUL with my husband and helped me help him the best way possible. I will always be grateful. Thank you Dr. Asadullah.

He's very patient and understanding

I’ve been lied to multiple times by this doctor & staff. Other than the nurse & receptionists, they’ve treated me like I’m worthless & do not help like a doctor should

The front office staff, Irene, is very rude. I attempted to obtain assistance from Irene regarding my mother and I was met with frustration and disrespect! I know that I asked her a lot of questions in an effort to connect some dots. Irene over talked me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, then raised her voice to get her point across. I of courses raised my voice in response to her raising hers, and demanded to speak with the office manager (Sherri). Sherri heard me out while I expressed my confusion regarding my mother's circumstance. She offered no additional help but atleast she heard me. With regards to me expressing my frustrations to Sherri, several times during our conversation, about Irene the only answer I received was "ok". It wasn't until I said I'm filing a complaint did I hear "I'm sorry". I don't know if Dr. Assadullah is a good doctor or not, because my mother and the previous facility was handling things, but now that things have changed, it's a NO THANK YOU for me! I will not send my mother any where that has issues with me asking question. Sadly, customer service and communication is not what it use to be!??

My experience was amazing! The office has lovely staff & the doctor is very thorough, caring, and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Cancelled our 1:30 appt. by calling at 1:07. We walked in at 1:20. Horrible office people. What a disgrace. We were told he had "an emergency". Found out his car broke down (via Steger office).Disgusting that they have to lie. Keeana seemed like she just walked in off the street. Does this office staff practice being idiotic? I question his skill level and wonder why he is kept on at Olympia Fields. Perhaps his patients are solely medicare/Medicaid. If you are a women stay away I was sick for 3 months before I got a diagnosis Diabetic diaphoresis was left to suffer in pain for a week before being admitted to the hospital and was told I was not there to be treated for bad pain on the same pain med about 5 years and so it didn't work for me anymore so we was taught to keep the patient comfortable I was on the last pain med for about five left to suffer In pain allnight and possibly the weekend cause he put me in the hospital only for Diabetes and dehydration Medicare is paying him to treat all symptoms if he is doing this to me than there is other victims he doesn't listen. I could barely ever get a call back for an appointment, and no one answers the phones. Dr. Asadullah was my doctor for over a year, and I saw him twice, and he did nothing. My grandmother literally walked into the office, and had them call me, so i could make the appointment from work. The last time I was sick, I called for an appointment, twice, i did get a call back, but was given a date two weeks in the future and was told I would have to see him in his steger office, I live ACROSS THE STREET from his frankfort office, and I needed an antibiotic then not two weeks from then. Dr. Asadullah became my mother's physician upon her admission to St. James Olympia Fields. He is one of the best doctors we have found. He is patient, caring and exercises strategic steps to help ensure the best outcomes. He is very knowledgeable and one of the few physicians left with integrity and an excellent bedside manner. I think Dr. Asadullah is very caring but he needs to stand up to the plate with Artefill injections gone badly or at least should address it when after 18 months they are still very bad injections
