Dr. Stone is great, however, no one answers the phone so I can schedule an appointment, they don’t return calls to schedule. Call the nurses line and vm says unable to leave a message at this mailbox. Unfortunately for the lack of the front desk wanting to answer the phone, I will need to look elsewhere for a PCP.

Needed a referral. Took 6 weeks according to the doctor referral was for. According to Summitt it only took 6 days. Even 6 days is too long!! Dr Kline was great. And the office was too. This practice has changed Doctors and the staff has become rude and dismissive. We called for two days and left messages asking for a return call. Dr. Cline is my primary care Dr. I have had some issues with my scalp, I was finally able to get onto see her, and all she told me is that she was sending me to a dermatologist,she did. I seen the dermatologist, him and Dr. Cline both kept telling me that I didn't have what I was claiming to have wrong with me. As of Monday 11/16/20, my children was diagnosed with scabies, as well as my self from a walk-in clinic. I tried to tell Dr. Cline and the dermatologist what I felt like and what I thought I had. Monday I called and left a message on her voice mail to her or her nurse an this is now here Friday and noone from that office has called to check on me to call me in something to treat for scabies. I will be finding me a new P.C. Dr. That knows more about things in her profession. I also do believe I that I will contact the medical board over this matter due to this matter being so dangerous if untreated and considering my legs are swollen the way they are and have been for quite sometime now and I smell this bad infection smell about myself. I believe both Dr. Cline and this dermatologist should have listened and took into consideration of what I was saying. Awesome group, all women, you can park, right in front of the building, just steps away, from the door. Dr. Katherine Stone and NP, Allison Fain, both excellent. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr.Cline is awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family.

My parents and I all see Dr Cline. She has helped us more than any other doctor in the past. She listens and is genuinely concerned about our well being. She is a doctor I highly recommend.

Dr. Cline, is the best doctor, I’ve ever had, bar none. She never makes me feel rushed, she always proffesional yet she always makes me feel at ease. The staff, is very friendly and helpful. I feel, really blessed to have Dr. Cline as my family physician.

Requested a new patient, preventative exam and was billed with some bogus coding that is not covered by insurance. I called and made my son an appointment with kim cline a week ago i get there this morning and they inform me theycan not see him because he is only 13 keep in mind when i made the appointment i told them his age and date of birth im so upset. Thank god for a lady name Cindy that was in the waiting room that worked at CherokeeHealth Service she told her office could see him today. I am always able to get an appointment with 24hours when I need to. I appreciate the personal attention from Dr. Cline and Allison.FNP. They have been very helpful in every way.

Dr. Cline is an excellent Primary Care Provider. She has always been honest with me and has taken excellent care of me for many years. She is very understanding about my conditions, and I am very thankful for her expertise and her presence in our community.

There are some unfamiliar faces working at the front desk and they do seem to be changing often, but, please do not let this reflect on the medical care you or your adult family members receives. Dr. Cline will take the time that as her patient you feel that you need. Her nurse and nurse practitioner, as well as Romona, long time office gal, who makes appointments, gives receipts & copies of everything are friendly, caring & medical professionals.
