Mean, rude and the quickest body check I’ve ever had. Takes photos to inspect later. I felt very disrespected Much nicer Doctors in this practice.

Did not read my chart before treating me and actually treated the wrong area. When I spoke up about not treating my area of concern, Dr. Lynch said she did. The treatment was PRP to the scalp! I most definitely felt where each needle insertion took place (no numbing cream was used) and the area of concern was NOT touched! I thought after bringing this up to both Dr. Lynch and her nurse that Dr. Lynch would correct her wrong, or redeem her mistake. No such thing took place and I felt like I was just another person on an assembly line of profit. I was very disappointed and felt very taken advantage of.

I have been a patient of Dr. Trotter-Lynch for at least 20 years. She is patient, a good listener and very thorough with her exam as well as explanations.. I trust her with my life, literally.

Dr. Lynch was terrific! She has a kind and thoughtful manner and I appreciate her low-key approach. I am not someone who is going to go for a face lift. I wanted to know the options for doing a little maintenance that would have the largest pay-off. She explained the options in a way I could understand and was willing to share her personal experiences. We came up with a plan and I feel very confident that she gets me and I am in good hands. Very much appreciated!
