Everyone st this office is absolutely amazing!

Very impressed with this office and Dr. Durand. I felt like he went above and beyond to explain the procedure and what was happening during the procedure. He also took the time to get to know me before starting my procedure. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Durand.

Efficient and friendly

Dr Durand and his staff where all very friendly and professional. I didn't even feel the shot at all!

He explained everything that was going on with my tooth and what procedure would be. I was in chair for almost 2 hrs. but comfortable the entire time!

I've had MULTIPLE root canals from various endodontists. I can say that this was the BEST experience I could've had for this procedure. I was comfortable, the office was calm and relaxing and the procedure was QUICK. I was shocked. The next day I had little to no discomfort! I had a truly incredible experience with everyone I spoke to in the office, they were so kind! I recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

I will have to say if I ever need another root canal this is the place to go. Seriously I'm terrified of having any dental work done, normally I can't get numb enough and still feel the pain during any procedure. Dr Durand and his staff was wonderful.

Even at my age I have never had such a wonderful experience as I had at Dr. Durand's dental office. He is such a kind and caring person and all his staff are just as kind. I would trust him for all my dental needs. I have already recommended him to many of my friends.

Very pleased with my visit to Dr. Durand's office. Staff was very polite and professional. Root canal went smoothly and other than vibration from drill procedure involved minimal pain (mostly from numbing injections). Hope this takes care of my tooth pain.

I had never had a root canal and came in very nervous. Dr. Durand and the staff were wonderful. It ended up being easy breezy and I left feeling great.

I had a wonderful experience! I was having a tremendous amount of pain with a tooth and my dentist office was closed due to a water leak but referred me on to Dr. Durand. They were able to see me that day for treatment. The office was very pleasant and Dr. Durand was very personable. I ended up needing a root canal. It was done pain free and i left the office feeling like me again!!

I have to say that I was impressed with the one on one personal and professional contact with Dr. Durand and the friendliness and courteous staff. In the many patients they have I felt like I was their main concern at the time & that went a long way to helping the anxiety issue. Treatment was well planned and the only time I felt nervous was when it was something different than I had experience with. Opinions, explanations, instructions were clear and expected, understood or acknowledged.

I would have to say that Dr. Durand and his staff were all amazing. They were friendly, helpful and very caring. I would recommend Dr. Durand to all of my friends. Going to an endondist can be very scary for many people. And to have someone show such concern is wonderful.

I was very pleased with Doctor Durand and his staff because they were professional as well as friendly. I have a great deal of confidence in Doctor Durand as he made sure I was very comfortable while he performed the procedures with great expertise. He has a great reputation and he certainly deserves it.

Dr. Durand was very professional. He explained what he was going to be doing as he was working. He worked very well with his staff which is also a sign of professionalism and was calming to me. I typically do not give all excellent marks because it is unusual for any practice to have such high marks in everything but I truly was very pleased. I had not had to have anything like this done before and had complications that was very unexpected. I was very pleased with the referral to him.

Visting the dentist is never any fun and neither is going to an endodontist, but I have total confidence in the skill and professionalism of Dr. Durand and his staff.

Very nice staff, friendly & helpful..Nice office too!! Did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Durand is wonderful.He visited a little while then explained the procedure and possible things that could go wrong in terms I could understand. Fortunately all went well!!! And to my suprise , Dr. Durand did a follow up call later in the day!! Overall a very good experience!!!

Dr. Durand has one of the most outstanding "bedside manners" of any health care provider. He comes in sits down and chats with you, make you feel comfortable being there, disarms any fears you might have. Evaluates the situation, tells you what to expect, is very professional, yet personable. Obviously he is first rate at his craft; My dentist is very high on him. I enjoy my time with him, though I would prefer to keep our professional visits to a bare minimum. Great person!

The concern and ambience of the care is very good.

Dr. Durand was so kind and personable. He spent time just talking to me, and that made me feel like a person and not a number. He was informative through the process. I felt comfortable, and in good hands. I went back to work and immediately shared his contact information with a friend in need.

Very kind, patient, gentle and considerate. I am a big baby with high dental anxiety and he treated me with the utmost respect. I will never go anywhere else. Dr Durand has my trust for life. His staff is marvelous and they set themselves apart from the rest without a doubt.

This feller knows what he is doing! He did a root canal on an infected molar I had. I was scared to death because it was infected, but he took his time making sure I was completely numb and I could've fallen asleep during the procedure! After I got feeling back in my face is felt 100% better!

The entire experience was outstanding! From the time of making the initial appointment through to the completed root canal, the service and professionalism was excellent. The whole staff is great. Dr. Durand was great and very good at communicating what he was doing throughout the procedure. I got a call from him that evening to see how I was doing and ask if I had any questions. He is great and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I had a tooth ache over the Memorial Day weekend. It was determined that I needed a root canal and they were kind enough to squeeze me in the same day I went to my dentist and found out what I needed. I was in quite a bit of pain and asked to be numbed before the x-rays and they did a simple test to assure which tooth it was and then numbed me so I wouldn't hurt so much while doing the x-rays. They did a pain free job. Dr Durand did a follow up call to check on me that night.

They were able to see me within one-hour of my referral! Family vacation the next day and Dr. Durand made sure that I had what I needed if I had problems while out of state. The office staff were awesome!!!!
