I waited an hour to see Dr. Kaye, for her to come in and spend 7 minutes with me. Never asked about pregnancy symptoms and read from a piece of paper. Spoke down to me. The worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. Then misdiagnosed me. Would not recommend, especially if it’s your first pregnancy.

Jyothi was my Gynecologist, she was extremely rude and did not understand what I was saying. She told me that I was not getting my information from the right sources and that I should be educated and she said it in a very rude tone. She also barely gave me any time to get comfortable before she stuck her finger in me to test out anything that was wrong, there was no comfort in this whatsoever I would never come back to this gynecologist place. My wonderful ob/gyn retired. Made appointment with Dr Kaye based on proximity to home and reviews. Be aware that she books appointments every 15 minutes. Almost walked out last year after being left in exam room for 20 mins. This year I did leave after over 1/2 wait in waiting room.

Dr. Kaye is smart, compassionate, capable and professional. Just the best.

Dr Kaye, is honesty the only dr I would honesty ever wanna be seen by, very knowledgeable, gives you direct information and always has answers to your questions , she was honesty the best dr and I’m glad she delivered my son even on New Year’s Day !

Dr. Kaye and her team, specifically Connie, Sylvia and the front desk team, have a genuine compassion for their patients. I am a new patient and every point of contact I've had has been thoughtful and kind.

I've been to 3 GYN Doctors in my life time, Dr. Kaye has been by far the best. You can tell she loves her job and her patients. I know many Doctors that become doctors for the money, not Dr. Kaye. She's exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and very gentle. I recommend her 100%!

Horrible experience. This is not for the doctor , but for care mount staff. They need better manners and coordination. I was 4 min late to my appointment, so granted late is late. There was one person front desk who was currently being assisted so I was not checked in until much later. It was also my first time coming this location which contributed to the few min I was late since I ended up in the hospital after putting down the address on GPS. It probably looked like I got there 20 min late after everything . A staff member came from the back and rudely explained that Dr Kaye was running behind and in front of two other patients waiting in the waiting room told me because I was late I should reschedule. If they were running so behind it would have been nice if they let the front desk know that earlier instead of me being allowed to check in and wait another 10-15 min when I would have to reschedule anyway. There is lack of coordination and lack of manners with staff in this location, especially for first visit patients . I would have completely understood that since I was 4 min late I was still late and would need to reschedule but the way it was done was unprofessional. I work in healthcare myself and understand scheduling and doctors running behind and that is definitely not acceptable. I will not be planning to return to this location. If you are a first time patient plan to be there half an hour before appt in case you get lost which I’m sure most people do . Horrible experience. I just had my daughter on 12/30/19.Dr. Kaye was extremely thorough (every little thing was checked and checked twice) whenever she had a little bit of concern.Even if it meant traveling to another doctor.She always made me feel comfortable and calm during each visit.One visit, my blood pressure was high and she sent me to the hospital to be monitored longer and run some more tests just to make sure everything was truly fine.Which it was.Because of her thoroughness and monitoring throughout the pregnancy it was noticed that my daughter needed to come earlier than expected.She gave me her professional opinion and asked me how I felt which she always had during each visit.During my hospital stay, I had a slight fever and she ran every single test in the book and called the best doctors in to assist to eliminate certain things.When she left the hospital she was still in contact as soon as results became avail. I travel 40 minutes to see her-extremely amazing, caring, attentive to detail.

Dr. Laura Kaye guided my wife through her pregnancy and was a true professional. As first time parents who were unsure if we were capable of having a child, Dr. Kaye took the time and showed the patience required to ease our insecurities. On November 26 2018 she safely delivered our baby girl and made all of our dreams come true. She took care of my wife when I as her husband had never felt more helpless. She will tell you she is just doing her job, but the reality is that she does the most important job on earth with class and diligence. We love her, we are eternally grateful to her, and we recommend her 1000%. God bless Dr. Laura Kaye. I am not a patient of Dr. Kaye and I see one of her colleagues in her office. Dr. Kaye took my call after hours and gave me several options and wanted to know what my decision was. I told her I would go to Putnam ER. I arrived at Putnam ER and was told to speak with her again. As I am on the phone with her she said I will walk across to the hospital myself and see you. Again, not my doctor. She never left my side. Explained everything met me at ultrasound twice. Went beyond her duty. Amazing!

What a great doctor! Professional, caring and makes you feel comfortable. I had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Kaye is knowledgeable, very friendly and caring. Always returns calls, and spends a lot of time with me. Remarkable doctor! Love her!

Dr. Kaye is very caring and has always provided me with excellent treatment. I highly recommend her. Sometimes you have to wait a little to see her, but she is worth the wait.

Dr. Kaye is the best doctor I ever had! She takes all the time that I need to explain things to me. She is kind and caring and very professional. I highly recommend!
