As a registered nurse, the most important criterion for selecting a surgeon is patient safety. Dr. Weider, Kimber and the entire OR staff provide excellent care from the consultation through the final post-op appointment. I selected Dr. Weider because I trust the care he provides and he individualizes results based on patient preference. He and Kimber listened to my concerns and desired outcomes and guided me to the decision that was right for my body. I am absolutely thrilled with my results!

Dr. Weider performed by breast reduction 5 years ago. The reduction still looks great! Dr. Weider is a perfectionist and very precise in his desired expectations. You won't regret choosing Dr. Weider and his amazing staff. After 18 years of implants, I decided it was time to remove these bad boys for a few reasons. After thoroughly researching and a year later narrowing down my options, I chose Dr. Weider to perform my explant and lift. I knew he would do it the right way. And yes there is a proper way to explant. I am beyond thrilled with my results! He and his staff are kind, gentle and patient. I never waited longer than five minutes for any of my appointments. In fact, I practically just walked in to all my appointments. I could contact the office at anytime during their business hours and get an immediate response from the day I booked my consultation. I was immediately treated like a patient without even booking my surgery yet. I always felt like I was their only patient in the entire world. The entire practice takes pride in their work and customer service.

My experience from beginning to end at Dr. Weider’s was phenomenal. I felt extremely comfortable at my consultation and believed that Dr. Weider and has staff truly understood what I wanted. I had a breast Aug performed and every single person I have shown made comments on how natural they looked. This was post op day 1. The process was smooth, informative, and his staff followed up to check on me after my surgery day. Oh my goodness!! I love Dr. Weider and his whole staff!! They were so patient and kind with all of my many questions! I am 49 and had a mommy makeover and I LOVE my results!! I have already referred several friends to Dr. Weider!

I searched for two years for the right doctor before making my decision. Dr Weider was amazing and his Nurse Kimber was the sweetest. They both took time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or like my questions were dumb. I had a tummy tuck with lipo, breast lift with implants. (I’m 38 with 2 c-sections) I was not sure was size implants to go with (I wanted a more natural look) and he did an amazing job picking the size for me based on my inspiration pictures. My scars are healing up nicely as well. I’m 9 weeks out and I am so happy I did this. It was WELL worth the money and the two weeks of slight discomfort post surgery. Honestly the pain was not that bad and well managed with pain meds. I would do it all over again. I recommend Dr. Weider to ANYONE! My breasts look AMAZING and that’s not just my opinion. He also is THE BEST at Botox injections for my forehead and crows feet! I recently underwent breast explant surgery with Dr. Weider at the beginning of this year 2021. I met with 4 other surgeons before I chose Dr Weider. He and his staff are not only professional, down to earth, but are caring and listen. After multiple appointments to see him, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes which is unheard of at most physician offices. Even though Dr Weider has become one of the top explant surgeons in DFW and is extremely busy, his staff makes sure they plan the schedules accordingly so there isn't a wait time. Having a surgery of any kind can be stressful but I never felt that way using Dr Weider. I even had another surgeon scheduled and paid a deposit but decided to cancel and go with my gut and use Dr Weider. I'm very happy with my results and know I made the right decision. We could not have been more pleased with the help offered to us by Dr. Weider, a real expect in plastic and reconstructive surgery. My experience with Dr.Weider was excellent! He performed a breast reduction surgery on me. He was so warm and knowledgeable about every aspect of the procedure. I was very concerned about scaring on my skin, but his incesions were perfect. What I really appreciated about him was that he made the decision to do what was best for my health. The entire process from start to finish was so pleasant. His assistant Kimber and staff was simply awesome. He is the best!

I’m three weeks out from surgery, and have been very happy with everything from visits to staff to my results so far. The office staff is SUPER friendly, VERY helpful, and make me feel like family. I have wanted a breast augmentation since I was in my 20s. After having two kids, my breasts were even smaller and I began to have such strong insecurities that it was affecting me daily. I had set up multiple consultations for a procedure with different doctors and Dr. Weider was the only doctor that did not make me feel rushed and did not have an “I don’t want to be here attitude” like a lot of plastic surgeons. I am from Melbourne and I had breast implants removed by Dr .Ed Melmed ( Fantastic Doctor).I booked in for liposuction as well but on my arrival I found out that I had no fat and I was not a candidate I Came across Dr. Lawrence Weider website on google and seeing all the 5 Star rating from his "happy Patients"I decided to call . Oh my god did everything happen fast .I was in his office and I was told he was operating and he came in to consult with me !Very unprofessional.He stated on his 10 mins of consultation that he will be able to meet my expectations and help out a bit .I was then told to pay only cash and no credit card . (Dodgy) I think he didn't want to pay any Tax either on it $5600USD he charged me .On the day of the surgery I had 2 drains from my breast implant and lift surgery . My Blood pressure was really low and my heamoglobin was 8. I was so dizzy and generally feeling unwell as I had a big surgery few 2 days ago. I explained my concerns to him on the morning of the surgery .He ignored me and stated if you want to cancel the surgery because Cecelia ( his nurse) has Consulted with you you will loose $2000. Oh my God I went into panic mode and because of the medications I was taking and felling drowsy,I didn't know what to do.I also started getting scared as my life was going to be in his hand so I didn't want to argue with him. The Anesthetiser also advised him and stated that he wanted me to check my heamoglobin before . Dr. Weider did not have a machine so then I had to follow one of his recovery nurses to go to the main hospital to see if they could check it for me.It was 8 and thought Thank God now ,they will give me my full refund and I will not be going back to my hotel Room.Upon returning .Dr. Lawrence Weider said if he lets me go without the operation he will not be able to pay his anaesthesia doctor. (How is that my problem).He went and had a talk in his room with the other Doctor and he came to me at the waiting room saying I will operate on you . The nurse that took me to get my heamoglobin test was nice . She came in and assured me that everything will be ok . I was so scared . They took me to this little room and thought I was just changing. I was then escorted to another Room and was told to sit on a bed and then was told again to lye down and that the operation was taking place in a room in his office . I was very teffifed and started saying my prayers then . It was a very dirty disgusting little room and very old technology in all his monitoring machines. It was just scary to sum it all up . I am a Registered Nurse and never in my career have I seen Such an unprofessional and unsafe environment for Patients in my life .I remember being asked what music I liked and then I went into a deep sleep for hours . I woke up really drowsy and was told they only came to work for me but the nurse that booked me told me they were fully booked and were fitting me in .(they made me believe they are so good hence why they are fully booked) but it was a lie.I thought I was going to be in recovery but I they told me to get someone to pick me up . I had already arranged for my friend after work to pick me up but because this Doctor didn't want to pay more hours to his staff . I am from AUSTRALIA and did not know anyone else apart from my friend who was at work so I was forced basically to call someone else . It happened to be one of the hotel boys that I knew to pick me up . He actually stated that is so dangerous as I was sleeping because I had come out of anaesthetic.Thank God it was Kevin . I could have been raped , killed and buried somewhere cos I had no clue where I was and what time it was . So Happy - A Dream Come True! I'd wanted breast augmentation since my 35 year old was a toddler, but something always came up and it was put on the back burner.
