Dr. Madsen is an excellent physician. She is professional and caring. I am getting old and have no clue about an aging body. She takes the time to listen and explains things where I can understand. She is a 5 star Plus in my opinion.******

Dr Leah Madsen is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients. I have been a patient of Dr Madsen for 10+ years as have all three of my children. In all the years we have seen her we have felt cared for and listened to. Her staff is friendly and easy to deal with and all messages are answered in a timely manner.

Very personable puts you at ease straight away. Very thorough and listens.

Dr. Madsen wrote up a report on a appointment that was partically me and partically someone else. She describes a physical exam (not vitals) and we never did that. She also ranted and raised her voice at me for a solid 12 minutes on how I will die if I don't get the covid shot. Another time, I moved my appointment from December to January as my 2022 medical insurance would cover my visits with only a co-pay instead a a full payment. Because of the few weeks difference, she flat out refused to refill my medication that I needed badly. She not only refused but I saved the voicemail of her ranting that again, I have a serious condition and I could die. Because I couldn't afford to go in December she will show me and not refill my script. I feel like she is trying to hurt me and has forgotten her oath to take care of her patients. Seriously, what doctor can tell you that you have a serious condition and then refuse medication for it? Stay away from her! I saw her for a few months. She immediately disagreed with medication that I’ve been on for 10+ years that I have been seeing major improvements with. I agreed to get on a different med if she kept me on the one I had been taking. She kept lower my dosages without talking to me. Never had such a bad experience with a doctor. Now I’m dealing with withdrawals from her med and don’t have my original meds without a new doctor and that’s weeks out! I saw her for a few months. She treats my husband and I with respect and is super professional. She cares a lot about her patients and takes the time to listen to what we are going through. Best PCP I've had.

The last bad experience with Madsen and staff was just trying to get a very simple test done. It got all messed up and I didn’t get get the test I needed that day even though I called and made an appointment explaining what I needed the day before. I wrote an email telling what happened and asking what went wrong. I got a phone call from a very angry, perturbed Madsen saying they can’t keep getting these ‘demands’ from me. She continued on being so snarky, condescending and mean as she chewed me out. Wasn’t pleased with her rushed, brushing off my concerns and questions during appointments with her anyway and will be getting a new PCP immediately. No one deserves to be treated like that. Condescending towards patients and other specialists opinions about treatment. Terrible experience and bedside manner. Brings politics into the doctor patient setting. Highly unprofessional.

Dr.Madson is the Best ive had.Her caring and follow up has keep this health risk 60 yr old from having serious health issues. She's the only Dr i know that will throw up her arms and cheer when she sees weight loss to keep me from diabetes. Her positive attitude is so contagious

Her office staff are VERY incompetent. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and gave my insurance information and completed about 6 pages of patient information online. I showed up for my appointment and was told they do not accept my secondary insurance. They should have called me after I made the appointment three (3) weeks ago and told me that. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT !!!!

Dr. Madsen is a very careful, thorough caring physician. She takes the time to check everything and ask lots of questions and will work with you on using supplements . She is a very pleasant kind and caring doctor. If your looking for a very good physician look no further.

Dr. Madsen told me that I was just getting old and that my complaints were normal aging. I was 35 at the time... Several doctors and several tests later, I was diagnosed with Lymes disease. She completely misdiagnosed me and insulted me.

Her interaction with patients who are older is very condescending and demeaning. She does not listen at all to what patients are telling her.
