Dr. Laufer is an amazing doctor. I wish he was still there. The clinic is under another name now and under new management. I was misinformed when I made an appointment. I was charged copay for nothing! Just to be told that the treatment I needed will not get paid by my insurance. Made an appointment few weeks ago, they had time to do the benefits investigation. Two hour wait???? Walked in, there were about 15 people sitting there and I was there on time for my appointment, why not just tell me to come in 2 hours later? He might be the best doctor ever but I'll never know, 2 hours minimum is ridiculous

Dr. Laufer is the Best, he is very thorough, attentive and has a positive attitude. The waiting time in the office should not upset anyone, because you will receive the very best consultation/check up, etc. from Dr. Laufer. I have been a patient at Dr. Laufer's office for a decade and wish him and his office success and prosperity.

Dr. Laufer is a wonderful doctor and a kind, thoughtful and caring human being. He is thorough in checking for skin conditions. He found a very tiny mole on my son’s back and ‘didn't Like the way it looked’....it turned out to be a melanoma. Dr. Laufer saw that with his keen eye and carefully removed it 20 years ago! I am forever grateful! The wait in the office is often long, but well worth it! Staff is kind and caring! Dr. Laufer is a wonderful doctor and a kind, thoughtful and caring human being. Have been seeing this doctor for many years due to his caring and compassion ate treatment of patients. Have tried a couple of other dermatologists only because of the long wait in his office but would not return to them. That is my only complaint,the unusually long wait upwards of three hours.

I had never see this doctor,but my doctor highest recommend him,so I'm just in dream to see him as soon,as possible.

This doctor makes you wait hours and hours past your scheduled appointment time. He saw me for 2 minutes. Why can you schedule people on top of one another!! Respect my time. Never going back.

Dr, Leopold is a wonderful human being. Listens carefully about your issues and go beyond trying to comfort even when your problems are not diseases. Very professional, highly recommended.

Plan to give up your entire day to see this doctor. First visit took 1 and 1/2 hour to be called inn and once inside another hour to see anyone, second visit two hours past my appointment time without any explanation, I walked out . Overbooking !!!!!, guess he learned from the Airlines, your schedule appointment means nothing, neither is your time ... . I will see someone else who treat me with respect and not like a product. Your choice !!!!

Dr is professional, however the waiting time was extremely long. We arrived 10 minutes earlier and after waited for one hour, I asked the front desk how much longer we have to wait. The receptionist basically told me I should've expected this ( although no one mentioned to me could be such long waiting while I made the appointment for my daughter). Then she continued telling me that other people waited for up to 2 hours and I could either continue waiting or leave. This was very unprofessional.
