Wow! Just Wow. What a great experience for such a mentally traumatizing procedure I hate pain and needles, maybe I’m overexaggerating but the drilling and cutting of something below my gum is way more scarier than getting a regular tooth pulled. Dr. Leroy was so amazing and kind! I’m so grateful for his patience and gentleness throughout my whole procedure. His assistant, Mr. Tony was just as amazing! Great personality and such a light. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful in assisting and calming me down and reassuring me that there was nothing to freak out or be super worried about. I hate pains, needles, and everything surgery/doctor like so I came in scared from the jump but I was literally worried about nothing because they made everything so simple and relaxing. Also, wanna say thanks to Miss Candi, she was so sweet and very helpful in assisting me with the financial/insurance side of the procedure which can also be a headache she was ready to contact my insurance and get everything set up so that I could focus on the procedure and not money. And her presence was just so warming in the height of the moment. I highly recommend this office for your wisdom teeth procedure, they really have an awesome staff going on there and plus it’s affordable can’t beat that;)

I called Tuesday for a appointment same week to get my wisdom tooth removed and I was able to get in Thursday n they pulled my teeth the same day absolutely no pain at all n I’m not exaggerating because I hate dentist n I was so scared but he did a highly recommended job .

I've been coming to Dr. Loving for several years. When you sit in his dental chair, after saying good morning/afternoon to you, he shows his sincere gratitude for trusting him and his staff with your oral health. Great atmosphere!

Dr. Loving is THE BEST! He’s a genius at his profession, gentle, kind and educates the patients. His staff is dedicated, personable and knowledgeable. Office visits are smooth and efficient and billing is simple. I highly recommend!

I had a High Risk oral surgery that I needed to have. I spoke with 2 Surgeons. Dr. Loving came highly referred by multiple people who didn't know each other. I TOTALLY suggest and Highly Recommend that you unequivocally choose Dr. Loving like I did. Experience matters and I can't thank God and Dr. Loving enough for the Surgical Miracle that Was Performed! I went to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The dental assistant came in with relaxing conversation and introduced himself. He asked me health questions and did my vitals. When Dr. Loving came in, he introduced himself and explained the procedure independently. Dr. Loving recommend against removing one of them and explained why. Dr. Loving went over my x-rays and during the procedure talked constantly asked if I was OK or feeling any pain. He also let me know when he was finished. I would say the entire process was great. I went to Dr. Loving’s office under referral of a general dentist not knowing what to fully expect but boy when I got there it was not like any experience I had ever had having dental phobia like a lot of us do let me tell Dr. Loving and his staff are the bomb you hear me they make you feel comfortable, calm and at ease. Dr. Loving is patient, kind, has a very good listening quality he has a calming spirit and it makes you feel at ease and you know everything will be alright. They make sure that you feel comfortable during your visit. Awesome customer service!

He is the best! Old school dentist who will take care of you. I had high anxiety at the dentist. He made me feel comfortable and pulled my tooth in no time.

Discriminates against young people. I was told my voice tone was to loud and would scare the others. I did not know the dentist office has the same policy as the library lol. Now why I call them BS is because I was having a conversation with one of there other clients who started the conversation by asking me questions, which was why I was talking. But that's nor here nor there, Dr Leroy Loving and the girls at his front desk are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and HAD NO REASON for how they treated me as a client. I wouldn't want a company to operate on me that let there personal feelings control them at there work place. The others that was waiting on appt time agreed with me not with the front worker or that Leroy Loving. So originally I had an appointment November 12 . They called November 11 at 4:30 and said Dr.Loving got sick and can not see you. I definitely understand because we are in an pandemic. The receptionist continued but was rude and explained can I call back another day because she was trying to leave. I ended up calling the following day only to get an appointment 1 month out. I had two impacted wisdom teeth that were giving me extreme pain. After I called around I soon realized every dentist was pretty much saying around the same date . I never received any instructions on “ what to do before “surgery. I got a time and date. In today November 12 . The receptionist Was a little nice but wasn’t as helpful. They pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth and put me to sleep I got it done 16 years ago they did a great job still till this day I recommend ppl to go here

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and have been having horrible tooth pains I contacted them and was seen the next day and got the tooth pulled very professionally and answered all my questions so kindly very nice staff would give it 100 stars if I could.

Dr. Loving Jr. has been my dentist for 30 years. Excellent service and an Excellent touch. He's done such a great job I haven't had to visit him over in 10 years. lol

I had been to Dr. Loving’s office for an extraction before and was really impressed by his skills. He was very personable and his work was impeccable. The only con I had from my first visit was that it took over an hour and a half to be seen even though I had an appointment. I chalked this up to just a one time random thing, assuming it wasn’t a trend. Because of my previous positive experience with him, when I needed another tooth extraction, I decided to do business with his office again. I had a 11AM appointment and I was sure to show up on time. However, after waiting for over 3 HOURS, I was still in the waiting room. There were patients who arrived after me and where called back before I was. I didn’t understand. I made my appointment weeks ahead of time. After this experience, I can’t recommend this dentist’s office. His work is good but his practice gives no consideration for their patients’ time. If you chose to go to this dentist, please bring a good book and a neck pillow because you will definitely be there for a while. I would not tell anyone I know about this dentist office. I will for sure let my regular dentist know my disappointment. I had 2 appointments which were 12:00 noon and 1pm. The appointments were made 2 months earlier. I didn’t leave the office with my 2 sons unlit 6pm but please note I arrived at 11:30am. I was very disappointed after being sent here by another doctor. There must have been an over booking because they had 6 people ahead of my appointments. So, they could not have opened no earlier then 9am and if so how did they end up with me being the last person to leave the office. I truly believe that the office took several walk-in people long before my arrival. I am also surprised that I was still asked to pay for the ice packs ($30). I spent 6 hours in their office. Oh please don’t let me forget I was asked did I want to reschedule the appointment for next month, NO! I’ve already given this business 3 hours of my time when that conversation took place. I really enjoyed my visit! Everyone was extremely friendly. Once my insurance information was okayed everything moved right along. It took less than 5 minutes for Dr. Loving to pull my tooth. It was very affordable and I will be back to remove my other wisdoms as well.

Horrible from the day I called to schedule my appt. Who answers the phone and at the front desk is the worst....she will make you want to take the pain and go else where....which is exactly what I did!!!!

Very unprofessional ! My 11 yr old was referred there by her dentist office Kool Smile (love them). She had a leasion on her bottom lip that needed removed . I made an app the same day i was referred for 4 weeks out at thier earliest convince. The date came .. i missed work as well as she had to miss a day of school. When i turned in the paper work to the front desk she asked my why she was there i said she needs surgery. She gave me a funny look and said and shes 11? Finally made it to the back. I was told i needed x ray for my daughter i either had to go get them or have it e mailed . After trying for over 10 min. One of the workers ran in and said . She no longer needed it , they thought it was a toothed that need extracted smh. She then gave me the wrong license and insurance card back . The surgeon finally comes in and looks at her mouth take a pic and then tells me he have to send it over to the insurance to get approved. I was referred to Dr. Loving as being the closest oral and maxillofacial surgeon in my area. Upon arrival, his front desk receptionist/ admin was horrifically rude for no reason at all and very unprofessional towards me. I worked in corporate for 20+ years and was blessed to be able to retire early from Emory Ophthalmology Administration 6 years ago. From my professional expertise, I’m not sure how that woman is still employed to deal with the public especially in patient care. She had 0 compassion with me and constantly flipped and twisted my requests with a very hostile attitude. I’m still not confident that she will pass information along as promised to make sure that my insurance and procedures will be verified and covered before my upcoming appointment based on her nonchalant attitude about my pain level and urgent referral for surgery from my general dentist. Even though I received a same day referral for service, she still(without looking at my paper work or her system) told me that the first available was weeks away. I’m praying that her spirit changes and that her attitude is not a reflection of Dr. Loving and his work. If his goal is to continue to prosper and grow in his practice, the 1st impression from his reception could make or break his growth. She is definitely a blessing blocker. I will continue to keep this woman in prayer as well as the entire practice because bad attitudes tend to be contagious. This office is scamming out of money. I received a random bill I’m assuming for a copay that I was NEVER told about the day of my tooth extraction. If I were told about it I definitely would have paid it the day of the appointment. Now this bs is on my credit. I’ve emailed them my insurance information and everything and NO ONE has tried to contact me about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment with this location yesterday and everyone was so nice. I was extremely terrified of getting my tooth pulled and everyone ensured me that I was going to be ok. Dr. Leroy could work on his presentation as it relates to being empathetic for giving people potential side effect information but for the most part I was completely comfortable. The procedure was quicker than I anticipated and I was provided with everything I needed to heal comfortably at home. I was scared as HELL!!! Dr. Loving pulled my tooth, it did not have a crown, just the root. He pulled it while he was talking to me...took about 30 seconds FOR REAL. OMG this man is The BEST!!! I'm going back...he's the ONLY dentist I trust.

Dr. Loving is very efficient and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I had three wisdom teeth pulled, 2 were fractured. It happened so quick I didn’t even know my teeth had been removed. I had a few minor issues with scheduling and the desk clerk/receptionist can be a bit churlish, but other than that, everything went smooth. Dentist visits can be a bit intimidating, but you can tell Dr. Loving is very seasoned at what he does. That helped put me at ease. I visit Dr. Loving office yesterday and his name speaks for itself. He and his assistant treated me with tender loving care. Dr Loving is very professional and skilled oral surgeon. If you’re not paying CASH, you’re treated like an ANIMAL. I’m in excruciating pain!!! The last time I was in excruciating pain & paying cash I was able to walk in to get my tooth extracted. Called today to get another wisdom tooth pulled, in excruciating pain that WAS APPROVED THROUGH MY INSURANCE; and they’re making me wait 3 whole weeks for an appt. They told me I can’t be seen until Jan 22. But, if I want to pay CASH again I can come anytime I want. Incompetent office! After researching various locations, I found Dr Leroy's office with it's wonderful reviews. I made an appointment ahead of time and verified my insurance information with the receptionist over the phone. My surgery is time sensitive as my insurance plan changes on the 19th and I informed the receptionist of that. She asked me (over the phone) if my insurance was gained through Medicaid to which I replied no and explained that it had been personally purchased. After calling different locations that only accepted the Medicaid plan for Dentatrust (my insurance), I was glad to find an office that accepted my plan. After driving 40 minutes to get here, the receptionist tells me that they only accept the Medicaid-linked insurance. A great practice can only thrive for so long with select incompetent staff. If whoever I spoke on the phone with was unaware of the locations policy, I can't imagine what damage that incompetence could've performed with my insurance and billing information. I had anxiety about getting my wisdom tooth pulled but it was all for NOTHING. Dr.Leroy was quick pulling my tooth and is the best at what he does. The staff was also soooo nice and had great customer service.

Can't even lie this man is a great doctor! I was kinda worried about going to a doctor on candler Rd because I lived around here all my life and I know how the hood gets sometimes.. lol.. but I can honestly say this man pulled two of my wisdom tooth out with ease.. here it is the second day and I'm literally at la fitness working out with no pain! My first extraction was from Dr. Perez at dental one In Fayetteville and it was horrible! It took my mouth two weeks to heal!! My dentist referred me to Dr. Loving due to location of wisdom teeth needing extraction. I didnt feel anything during entire process. Dr. Loving numbed me before using the needle ti numb more. He did a really good job and Im going to his location for now on.

My daughter, Jasmine was his patient and he was just that, patient with her. She needed her wisdom teeth extracted and Dr. Loving was very tentative during the process and knew just what it took for her to be comfortable. After the procedure. On January 3, 2018, I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was very scared to have a tooth pulled; however, the dentist asst advised that it was going to be a breeze. I initially thought I wanted to be put asleep so I wouldn't feel any pain. After I spoke with Dr. Loving, he assured me that it would not be painful and I read positive reviews prior to going to my appointment which heighten my confidence. My extraction took at least 3- 5 mins. No pain at all. I am feeling great!
