Levente G. Batizy

My husband was working down in Yuma. He was released from Yuma regional hospital for heat exhaustion. He was still sick and acting strange. I brought him home, took him to Banner gateway and Dr. Batizy was the Dr. In er. He said it's not heat exhaustion and you may have just saved his life. My husband had West Nile Virus. Menengitus, ensephilitus and a high fever.

He did not treat the death of my Mom in a caring manner when telling her family she had passed away. We were left sitting in the Emergency room for over an hour not knowing she had passed away in the Ambulance on her way to the ER and when we were told after waiting so long and asking the staff in the ER many times how she was going and getting no answers and then when we were told and they let us see her she had equipment hanging from her mouth and blood on her face that would of only taken them a minute to remove. The unexpected death of my mom was very hard on my dad and all of us and seeing her that way will forever be remembered and unknown why the doctor didn't do something to make her look better in the hour or longer that her family sat and waited and got no answers while she had already passed away. There's just no reason this ER Dr couldn't of cleaned her up a little and removed the things they had put in her mouth.

Saw Dr. Batizy at the Banner Gateway Hospital ER. I could not have asked for a more thorough, caring physician to take care of me. He left no stone unturned in diagnosing my problem. Test and results were done in a timely manner and left the ER feeling that I was in good hands. In addition to Dr. Batizy the nursing staff and radiology staff were wonderful.
