The person that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and explained everything as she did it and made sure I was not in pain.

Quality work, friendly, & flexible! I’ve been going to Dr. Trembath’s office since I was child (23 now) and have not once had any issues! The office and equipment has always been well maintained and the staff kind - if you see this, it’s your sign to schedule an appointment with them!!

Trembath dentistry is the best I have ever been to. Their staff is really great. They really care.

Its nice to find a place like this, that offers the most up to date training and equipment, as well a a great dentist who stays ontop of the latest info to keep my mouth sparkling!

I was with my old dentist for over 20 years. My Mom uses Lori as her dentist. I gave Lori a try and it was a good move for me. Lori is a much better dentist than my past dentist. I'm very pleased with Lori and Sara, Lori's admin gal!

Very caring and friendly staff. Dr. Trembath listens to your needs and concerns. She is very through in explaining procedures that meet your needs and concerns. She definitely goes that extra mile to make sure you have a good experience and are very satisfied.

My review is for Amy our hygienist. She has been cleaning our teeth for the last 5 years. Her work is impeccable and her reputation precedes her. Her chairside manner is outstanding. Personable and easy to communicate with. Our concern is Her concern. She is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. Always asking if we are okay. If your looking for a hygienist look no further She is the best in the business.

The hygienists are top notch, especially Amy and Michelle. I have received excellent care from Amy for many, many years. No problems whatsoever. Amy is extremely Professional and very personable. The entire team is great.

I would not recommend this office. Every time I go in there, there is a new face at the front desk. It's been constantly changing for several years now. There has only been one friendly face up front, the other dark haired girl that sits off to the back is very rude and seems to not want to be bothered. The back assistant didn't know how to take my BP, she put the cuff on incorrectly. She also didn't know how to properly take xrays. She didn't seem to have the job skills needed to perform her duties, this made me feel very nervous in the chair. When the doctor came in she barely spoke to me and she seemed overwhelmed and over booked, not friendly or personable at all. They seem to not be able to keep staff which makes me concerned. I only kept going because the hygienist I had was great every time. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I loved my first visit with this Dental Service. The hygienist did a fantastic job and my teeth feel great. I would highly recommend this dental service. The Dentist is great and did all kinds of checks on my bite and teeth!! Loved it!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have been to several dentists trying to find one that is as warm and welcoming as this office! The girls up front are great, and I absolutely love Michelle! Dr. Trembath always explains all my options and makes sure I'm comfortable. This is a wonderful group of people.

I've been a patient with Dr. Trembath for over 15 year. The entire staff is always professional and courteous. Amy, who is my hygienist is the best. She knows how much I dread going to the dentist and takes awesome care of me. She is friendly, personable., and is fun to talk to. Amy is also very gently while cleaning my teeth. Amy is one of the reasons I looked forward to my scheduled cleanings. Great job!

Staff is skilled, fast, & friendly. Lori stays up on a the latest techniques & her office is well equipped and well staffed. Every time I have my teeth cleaned I say I want that same person next time because she did so well then due to timing I'm not able to get the last one then I feel the same about the new one!! I've never had any problems after a repair of any sort. I've never had to go back because something wasn't quite right. They get it right the first time. I broke a veneer on my front tooth and they matched the temp patch perfectly you could not tell at all. Lori has a very good eye and trains her staff well. Excellent appointment great to see everyone and have the same hygienist.

I’ve been going here for years and they always taken great care of me. The staff members are extremely kind and polite.

I finally found a Dentist office where I feel 100% comfortable. Everyone is so kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgable- you feel at ease with every step. It’s also nice to have everything done at once, with the advanced equipment they offer. I have always been terrified of dentists. But Lori is so caring and understanding, that she listened and respected me and helped lessen my fears. She stands behind her work, so you know you can always return if there is a problem.

I didn’t want to share my real name as I have been going to this office for several years and don’t want to cause any waves. I will continue to go here because I love my hygienist Amy, she’s fairly new to the practice and she has been a great addition to the team. She’s the most thorough hygienist I have had at this practice and she cares deeply about her patient care. However this office has gone down hill in other ways, the front staff is constantly changing and none of them seem confident in what they are doing. Billing is a mess, communication is a mess and the office manager is never available to speak to. These issues don’t seem to be getting resolved, I am sure I am not the only one noticing this. I needed treatment on a tooth that my hygienist and Dr Trembath stated it needed to be addressed soon, but I never received a phone call to get in the schedule to get this done. I was just told they would check my insurance and sent me on my way. I am really hopeful things start getting better there because they do have a great staff in the back and I have been going to Dr Trembath for years. She’s honest and does good work. This office is fantastic! Everyone there is knowledgeable and great at what they do. Our whole family is seen here and we won’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Trembath is just the best. She really takes her time explaining all the options and pros and cons. Never rushes a decision or pressures you to do what she wants, just presents the options and asks what you would like to do. I appreciate her expertise and experience in the field. Update: We left after 10+ years. They don't return calls and were missing major issues. We switched out of frustration and the new dentist is seeing so many things they missed. We went to for regular cleanings and check ups and now have are paying thousands of dollars due to them missing so much and it getting worse. My husband had major pain and they kept telling him to take Tylenol. Turns out he had an infection they missed... They were great at one point, but I can only guess the quality of care has gone down because they can't handle the patients they have. I've been coming here for about 3+ years and the feel has always been the same. The staff are generally nice and treat you kindly. I have never had a terrible experience, but have never had a stellar one. The main doctor is nice but at the same time treats you nothing more than just another patient. Nothing beyond that. The rating would be 4 stars if the following never happened... I tried to schedule an appointment with them for an emergency regarding a toothache. I called the first day during business hours and ended up having to leave a voicemail. Got no return call so I called again the day after and was able to reach someone. I told them about the situation and they told me they would have to call me back as they had to talk with the other staff to see if they could book an earlier date for me since the earliest available date was a month away. Never got a call back that same day or the day after. At that point I gave up and went elsewhere because the toothache was not going to wait for another call from them. I understand that this was during COVID-19 but to not be called back or give any information during a dental emergency isn't right. This may seem "Karen-ish", but a toothache is not something to wait days on. I've been coming here for about 3+ years and the feel has always been the same. This place is great!! My other dentist was too filling happy, so we decided to get a second opinion on whether I really needed as many as they wanted to do, and Dr Trembath told me I didn't need half of the ones the other place told me I needed. I loved going to see Dr. Trembath, both her and her hygienists that I have seen there were wonderful. I have been going there several years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my poor experience comes from the office staff. My insurance had changed before my last appointment, and I had called prior to my appointment to have them find out of they would accept my coverage and if not, to please let me know. The gentleman I spoke to indicated he would let me know if there was an issue and I never heard anything back so I assumed everything was good to go. I came in for my appointment and they asked if it was ok for me to do xrays, let me know they would cost about $70 (which I paid at the time of the visit) and I said that was fine. Since I assumed they accepted my insurance, the cleaning should have been no charge. However after my visit, I received a bill for another approximately $130 that I owed. So once all was said and done, it cost me almost $200 for a cleaning and some xrays. I called the office and they gentleman I spoke to said it should have been covered and he would call be back. I never heard from him, so I called back again, and he indicated that they had written the wrong insurance company name down so when they verified they accepted it, they were not looking at the right company and that they did infact not accept my insurance. All I got is a "sorry about that". No offer to reduce the amount owed or to work with me since it was their error for not verifying correctly. I should have done my own research to verify coverage, but I assumed that letting them know beforehand to check was sufficient. I let him know I wouldn't be returning there and to cancel my upcoming appointment and again, just got an "ok". No concern at all that they just lost a customer that has been coming there for several years. Not good customer service. I loved going to see Dr. Trembath, both her and her hygienists that I have seen there were wonderful. I have been going there several years and always had a good experience. I had a filling recently and Dre worked on me for a while and he was lovely and considerate but after Lina came in to finish up and snapped at me when I told her the device she put in my mouth was hurting and that my jaw was very sore from holding it open for more than an hour and told me I just have to deal with it until she’s finished. I have had very weak and sensitive teeth my whole life so I’ve been in the dental chair a lot and this was the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten. Amy did my cleaning beforehand and I absolutely love her and she is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I followed her from her old office to this one and I will continue to go here just for her. I hope that more people will be seen by Amy than by Lina.
