Dr. Lewis Jackson Herzbrun

I always enjoy sending patients to Dr.Herzbrun. Karia is amazing by getting my patients seen in a timely fashion. My patients always tell me how much they enjoy seeing Dr. Herzbrun.

Was concerned after reading negative comments...no need . Dr H is very friendly, listens to you and explains things well. Receptionist is also very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Must say don't believe all you read. Saw Dr. In Eustis office after reading several reviews stating he was rude and short with patients I was preparing for similar reaction. He was complete opposite open, informative,knowledgeable and had a very personable demeanor. Can't comment on Leesburg office but his receptionist at Eustis was also very nice and personable.

Saw Dr. Herzbrun for a problem that ive been having, been to 4 other doctors before this and none could pin point what was really going on. Dr. Herzbrun took the time to ask me a ton of questions, I signed a paper to allow him to get all my test results and MRI's and he looked over ALL of them and really helped me. He even called me twice after my appointment to check on me. The outside of the office could use some work looks run down, but I know that part of Eustis the offices are all old.

Went to see this doctor about chronic pain that I am having. What a rude man. Will interrupt you when you’re talking, treat you like you are a piece of garbage when you ask a question. Unfortunately I had an at work back injury . This man is rude, crude and really should not practice as a physician. It’s a shame with somebody that has 20+ years of experience treat people without dignity nor respect. His office in Leesburg is absolutely deplorable. Small makes you feel like you walk back into 1986, The office is disgusting and I think you might need a tetanus shot when you walk out. Thank God I did not allow him to treat me and sought help from another physician who weighs 100% for the patient. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine

Went for an EMG app . I suffer from many issues including PTSD. The doctor refused to allow my wife to come into the test with me . The doctor said to me “your a big boy you don’t need a babysitter” 1st as a provider you should never ever belittle a patent. He never introduced himself when he open the door to greet me for the test. Leesburg office was dirty, cold and very uninviting to begin with. Office staff have compassion of a dead fish .! After the provider refused to let my wife back in with me he came toe to toe to me and said I refuse to do your test .! Had to tell him that he was in my personal space and to please back up . He is just down right rude .! The worst part is he then takes my chart and was about to throw it at me but then composed him self . We walked out . Sadly people never know who they are treating . I my self am a health care provider of 21 years. My wife , yeah a RN. I think this MD forgot the Hippocratic oath , do no harm .!

RUDE MD .! Nasty office, filthy . Went for a test and I was treated like I was a criminal because I was a workers comp patient

Appointment good but try getting a report impossible

This doctor continually interrupts when patient is trying to answer a question. I left feeling very uncomfortable and frustrated. I felt I was wasting his time. All I needed to know was whether I had carpal tunnel or not. I was not a Worker's Comp patient. I also had a 9:00AM appointment, and staff did not show up to unlock the office until 9:06AM. It was another 15 or 20 minutes before I saw the doctor. I will neither see this physician again, nor will I refer others to him.
