Haven't seen him face to face in over two years...only talk to the nurses at the front.... Screwed up and didn't place my urinalysis order and then blamed me and dismissed me from the practice.

I am a medical professional. Will not go into what I do but I will say this staff and doctor are the best around. He is the first one to treat my pain and not try to do things that will only hurt me. 10 of 10 I recommend.

I’ve been going to Dr Hanflink for quite a while now, including through the Pandemic. Both the Dr and his office staff have always been polite, professional, compassionate and helpful. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling or rescheduling when necessary. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends if they ever had a need for his services. Always listens and is informative. Has always answered patiently.

Loved Dr. Hanflink BUT Staff… VERY RUDE & condescending!! Most calls screened & not answered, voicemails left but not replied to, repeated messages to Dr. to resolve issues not delivered or acknowledged, Past reviews about rude staff claims the issue was resolved w/ ‘new staff’, but seems to be untrue or some stayed that should’ve been fired bc there’s def toxic ones giving Dr. Hanflink bad reputation bc several others warned me to avoid this practice, & I should’ve listened!! NOBODY should EVER be treated so rudely! NOBODY!!

Can't believe this guy is a doctor. He has no idea what he's doing. Staff is rude beyond imagination. A doctor's office that does a restraining order? That should tell you something right there!! Staff was friendly and doctor was great.

Dr Hanflink really helped me with my arthritis and pain when Rheumatologist couldn't. He explained treatment steps and has been able to provide with relief from pain. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Professional, personable and Dr. Hanflink was prepared for the appointment. Dr. Hanflink cared about what I had to offer and contribute to assist with my care!!! Excellent!!!

Pretty sad when your a self pay patient, and you use a discount prescription app to get your meds. Can not afford to pay the whole 90 supply, they break it up in 7 day increments, That is way cheaper. I have called several times to get another 7 days worth of meds, they keep saying ok we will get it taken care of. The last time i called the Office manager was going to take care of it that same day. I follow up with the pharmacy, STILL NO SCRIPT. now no will answer the phone or call back. Very poor staff!!!

Hi I was Recommended by my cardiologist of 20yrs to Dr.Hanflick & I've been in pain management for years.However I must say most wouldn't take your insurance the Waite was always 2 to 4 hours the placed were dirty & the staff was usually short with you. But Dr.Hanflick & his staff was very pleasant & helpful the office is very clean & profedsional, and Dr.Hanflick was very helpful great listener & had compassion for what I've been going through, and the end result he helped me with my pain.Thank you Dr.Hanflick, I would definitely recommend your practice Sincerely Louie

Other pain management doctor that I went too won't do anything for my knee. Right away Dr Hanflink told what he thinks it is and wanted to a MRI but authorization has to came from my primary care doctor Dr Robert Lynch. Dr Lynch saw Dr Hanflink saw he recommendations to get the MRI . And now I am getting a MRI thanks to Dr Hanflink

I've been seeing him for over 23 years once a month and wouldn't change. He's a wonderful doctor and very understanding.

After moving here a year ago only to find such incompetence in all of the the medical community, even pharmacy’s, Dr Hanflink was a breathe of fresh air. I was so scared that I would never feel comfortable but he changed my mind. I would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Hanflink for many years now and never had a problem ever. Even with the hurricane last year! My refill date was when we still did not have electricity, and he was still there!! He goes above and beyond for his patients. I am on medication that has to be taken exactly as prescribed. I can’t just stop or just take as needed and the staff is very good about making sure I’m ok. Just take your meds as prescribed and there will be no problems!! He really wants to help you!

Dr Hanflink has been able to get me functioning again! I don’t know what I’d do without him and his wonderful staff!

dr handling is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to anyone needing pain management. The only criticism I have is trying to get in touch with anyone in his offices is HORRIBLE.

I have had Dr. Hanflink for over 2 years and he is amazing. He has helped me more then any doctor that I have seen since my accident. He is very understanding and helps in every way he can. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great Doctor.

It was obvious from the very first office visit that he had a bad attitude, and a nasty bedside manner. My primary care doctor made him aware of the fact that he needed to change my medication, which made him angry, he said he would do whatever he chose to, in his office, but did eventually change it to something that actually helped with the pain. It wasn't long after that he made up a lie and refused to see me again. I had no warning, no pill count no nothing, but to find a new doctor.
