Not only is Dr. Brusatori (Leyla) down-to-earth and approachable, she defies the shrink stigma by her vast knowledge and honest passion to help her patients get better. As a veteran, I have certain conditions that very few might understand but she gets it. It’s rare, in my experience, to find a PhD provider who helps you; by talking to you through conversation, without a derogatory, degree-stacked physician manner. I look forward to my visits. I saw Dr. B in Napa and by phone when she first moved to Lodi. She was very accommodating, knowing I suffered from severe pain. She helped me get through some exceptionally tough times and gave me new coping mechanisms. I only changed Drs because of my new insurance. I am forever grateful to have met such a kind and caring person. She always let me know when she was laten etc.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Brusatori. She’s extremely trustworthy, and her explanations are well phrased and understandable. She makes sure to answer all my questions and I feel my time is definitely well spent in her office and worth every penny. Her staff is extremely professional and very friendly. To top it off her office environment is very comfortable and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends and those who are looking for a no nonsense therapist.

Dr. Brusatori helped me but I stopped seeing her because of her unprofessional behaior. She would often speak about other patients and their problems openly, she was always late (several times 30 minutes plus) and had no regard for the clients in her waiting room. She cancelled appointments within a hour several times - if that is something a client would have done, they would have been charged. She is just too distracted to be effective.
