I have been trusting this eye center for years! They are wonderful and precise. I count on my sight and Dr. Lien pulls threw every time !! AMAZING SKILLS AND CARE EVEN WITH MY VERY COMPLEX VISION IMPAIRMENTS!! Thank you Dr Lien and your staff Lorraine K .

Worst customer services. The girls in the front were so rude. I just picked up my glasses that took over a month to get there and they never called me that they had already arrived!!!!

Very poor service . the girls in the front seem to be confused and have poor communication skills towards eachother , i was told my glass would take 5-6 monthes to get here ridiculousle right ? Then i call the next day and am told there almost here i cant recieve a refund nor my prescription. 3 months now and still no glasses no refund i highly recommend nobody goes here unless you dont care for that long of a wait . Everytime i call they put on hold or they dont answer during business hours thats very unprofessional . My experiance walking in was even more disturbing i walked into the room behind the dr into a dirty room with everything used dr was very apologetic and sweet but they need to get it together this is so unprofessional. Very nice office staff and dr. Are always friendly and ready to help

Worst service I've ever received. No call backs, sit on hold 20 plus minutes. Glasses were lost, referral was never issued. 2 months and still waiting on glasses that were prokmised in 2 weeks. Never again will I go here

The doctor really cares about you and your health.

I've been coming to Modern Optometric Eyecare on and off for years now. The staff and doctor have always been friendly and patient. Dr. Nguyen remembers me, even if a couple years pass between visits. I've never had a bad experience here and highly recommend.
