Great bedside manners, caring, knowledge par excellence . Answers emails about the medical problems with more than appropriate and prompt response. Never spent the time doctoring the EMR on the computer instead of the patient

Excellent. I am a new patient of Dr.Tran. My appt time was 3pm, my name was called at 3:05pm. He discussed all past and present health issues. No rushing. He took his time explaining and made sure I understood everything. Very nice, courteous, and knowledgable manner. Service with a smile.

Dr Tran Lomg is an excellent doctor. He spends quality time allowing you to ask your necessary questions ensuring you have a full understanding of your prognoses.

An excellent visit, I always receive excellent information, he is very thorough with his diagnosis and his manner is warm so that you feel comfortable in talking and understanding him as well. I love that he keeps me and my other doctors informed on what he is doing. I trust in the decisions he makes and I know why he makes them, that's very important to me as a patient.

Everything was excellent except the receptionist. When you come in the young lady doesn’t even acknowledge you. Very unfriendly and very uninformative. I felt very uncomfortable. Once passed that every body including Dr Tran were outstanding!!!

I was first greeted by the reception which is a real nice lady and then Joann and took me to the back and was extremely nice and then dr. Tran came in and put my mind at ease about my health and told me that everything's going to be okay just work with him

I have recommended Dr. Tran to family & friends. Dr. Tran played an integral part in saving my life in April of 2016. It was his alertness to my physical condition and immediate follow through that is the reason I'm alive and much healthier today. Every time I visit him I call him "My Angel". He's always professional and personable at the same time. He listens and always explains things to my understanding. His calm and quiet demeanor is helpful when matters are serious. EXCELLENT!

Tran recommended that I see him because of a renal cancer that I had and I was very pleased when I met doctor Trend he is very caring concern and very kind and I was very comfortable with the treatment and advised that dr. Tran has given me I first seen dr. Tran back in 2014 and I would not change and to another doctor because I really really really care about dr. Tran because he cares about his patients it's and he display it every time he treats his patient

He is always defensive and not proactive on making sure his staff providing top quality to patients at dylasis center. He believes in the workers more than the patient and families concern. He and his staff at center is consitant in putting the blame on the patient and their family. His attitude and understanding is not where patient and family feel comfortable in confiding with him. He suggest a plan but does not follow through but expects family and patient to hold their bargain. He manages his own office and dyialsis facility and I feel that sometimes Doctors stretch beyond their capablities and the emotions and lack of concerns shows when he confronted with answers and new issues, He has problem with receiving information with other doctors or 3rd parties that specialize in the fields that impact his diaylsis patient. In the begining I thought he was more concerned. In reality they treat patient as if already dead, and guide no hope to patient. When we first started we hoping the same great personality that recieved when first started but it has been more lack relating and more just getting to the next patient. If only he can face reality that his charge nurses and some of his staff or not where they should be with providing top quality care for the patient than he might have proactive attidude. Some of the nurses, lack of bedside manners tants his character and service because him not facing reality they are not what they protray themselves when he is not around. This process needs to change.
