I made an appointment for an exam and consultation regarding an impacted wisdom tooth. I made clear this was consultation only, as I never had any sort of dental procedure before (besides cleaning) and needed to consider the options regarding anesthesia etc. Dr. Payor had me in the chair discussing options (I thought) when he tipped the chair back and was about to start operating on me! I had to jump out and insist that no, I was not having surgery that day. Afterwards there were problems with the bill, where they tried to charge for procedures not rendered. This is a very strange office. I chose a different oral surgeon for my wisdom tooth. I made an appointment for an exam and consultation regarding an impacted wisdom tooth. Just made an appointment with this dentist. The Nurse was a doll and scheduled us in right away and made everything so easy. I will update after the surgery but I feel this is going to be a very positive experience.
