I couldn't even share with you what my experience at this office is, because they simply do not answer their phone. That is just wild to me!

Dr. Freeman is a nice person, but her head nurse is mean and not very empathetic. The only encouraging words I got was from the doc stating and I quote, " I will not let you die ". Thanks I guess.

She's the best in Orlando...personable, knowledge, and caring with a deep desire to help ease your pain...great staff...I love Dr. Freeman...

Worst front office ever seen... If you don't have future appointment will refuse to renew medication. New staff every 6 months or so says a lot. Don't accept medicare says even more.

Love her. She is the best physician ever. She really is thorough and looks at every symptom seriously. Yes, there is sometimes a wait, but well worth it. I was very lucky to have gotten a referral for her.... Otherwise I would have never been taken as a new patient.

They don’t accept self pay patients, the staff is very evasive and dismissive.

She is the best! Takes time to listen. She includes you in deciding what treatment to have you take. I pay out of picket because she is totally worth it!

The team at Rhuematology Associates prescribed me immunosuppressants for over 5 years charging me $8,000 every 60 days that resulted in me developing stage 4-b HPV related head / neck cancer that took hold due to my lowered immune system. After a year of surgery, chemo and radiation not only did they send me to a collection agency after being out of work for over a year but they also refused to continue to see me over less than a $200 bill! And Barb the office manager was very rude!!!

The absolute BEST DR and OFFICE Ever for RA and probably ANYTHING else. Let me tell you .. when I say BEST BEST LISTENER, ... BEST KNOW HOW,... BEST INNOVATION... ON TOP OF NEW DRUGS... BEST is BEST. OFFICE LADIES ? Are Superb. Everyone is on the top of their game NO ATTITUDES .. CATTITUDES. Nonsense incompetence which you find in some of the office. The office personnel from the Front office to the INFUSION and LABS are amazingly on POINT. Even the ladies processing your bills TRY and save $$.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pamela Freeman for over 25 yrs for Arthritis and she is a fantastic Doctor. She listens, and works to find the best medicines available. She truly is the best in her Profession. The biggest problem I have had is when Tricare or a Compounding Pharmacy tries to contact her for refills and her Nurse or P.A. Doesn’t respond and notify the Dr.

Dr. Freeman has been my doctor for 19 years. Because of her I have been able to live a happy, active life even though I've had rheumatoid arthritis for over 30 years. With her help I expect to continue traveling and enjoying my life.

I was Dr Freeman's patient 20 years ago. I was with her though for 4-5 years. She is an excellent physician, a good listener, patient and best of all she really helped me with my pain from FIbromyalgia.. I was referred to her when I moved to Orlando by my rheumatologist in another state. She's the bomb thanks to her I got a diagnosis and a combo of meds that really helped me. I'm sure she's hard to get an appt with as all great doctors are booked to the max. She is worth waiting for though.

DR. freeman is 1 of 2 doctors who ever really helped me,she took the time and talked to me like i was not just another paycheck, i have been with her for 4 years and would not go any where else,this doctor cares about her patients ,very hard to find !

Dr Freeman is the most caring, understanding doctor I have very ever met. She is always courteous and ready to listen to and discuss any problems you may have been having. It may take a short wait to see her for your first appointment but it will be worth it. I know. I've been seeing her for 7 years.

I tried to get an appointment. I called 5 times. The phone is set up so you cannot get through to a live person. I finally left a message on the 'general mailbox' and received a call back. She said the scheduler was way behind on call backs. I'll say. And she said they were scheduling out more than 2 months. Instead I made an appt with a Dr. near FL Hosp. in just weeks. And the Dr. that referred me will no longer send referrals to this practice.

I had been through several doctors and ER visits. I had sever pain and swelling. They told autoimmune unspecified. I felt that I was going crazy. I was referred to Dr Freeman. It did take a long time to get in to see her as a new patient; however that is the norm with so few rheumatologist in the central Florida. Once I was seen she took the time out to review all my medical and finally gave a DX and treatment. I feel great even with complications from treatment and the staff is amazing.

Office staff, including lab technicians were incredibly rude and insensitive. It was obvious that her primary focus was RA and didn't seem interested in investigating possible causes of my symptoms and family history. Strict office policy did not allow me to switch to another doctor in the practice even though that doctor was specialized in my condition. I was referred to many different doctors. I finally gave up and left the office feeling incredibly defeated.

I was first seen by a PA who told me 'you know lupus is predominantly an African American disease and you have redness on your chin that does not look like lupus to me'. I am white. I had no words, I felt defeated. They made me feel awful. My neurologist and regular doctor still believe it is lupus with a positive ana with all the symptoms. They want we to go to a new rheumatologist but I feel great right now so I am holding off.

I tried to get an appointment. I called 7 times. The phone is set up so you do not talk to anyone. They have you pressing keys to answer questions and you leave your name and number. NO ONE ever called me back. This is outrageous!! Obviously, I will be calling another rheumatologist. And the Dr. that referred me will no longer be giving this lady's name out. What a giant waste of MY valuable time!

Horrible communication with patients. Doesn't listen to the patient needs horrible office manager very rude. All about money if you can't pay forget about seeing doctor even after years of seeing you in the office not to mention you must wait months to get appointment. If you have lupus only increases stress and flair ups. Don't believe the hype they're not the best go elsewhere!
