Dr. De La Cruz was VERY rude. She repeated she had 3 more patients to get to, making us feel like our situation was not worthy of her time. She was talking to the nurse in a bad tone as well. She scared my child exaggerating that the procedure would be "VERY PAINFUL." A pediatrician should make the child feel safe, talk kindly, make them smile. Instead she scared my child over a procedure that was NOT painful at all. I highly DO NOT recommend this doctor & will NEVER be coming back to her.
