Dr. Lu Yao

Treats her employees horribly, no respect as I saw with my own eyes many times , my encounter with her was she talks down to you , had her tell me after 4 years of injections that if I stop the visits that there will be consequences. In short I took that as a threat . The injections were obviously not working , she told a worker of hers to get out of the office cause she needed a room , the worker was busy as I saw myself, but Dr Yau told her flat out (you go) find another place now , in her broken English dialect. She also told me on a couple occasions not to listen to her head Nurse Lette , I respected Nurse Lette very much in that office as she would explain anything I asked her , she always made time for me and other patients there . Just so sorry she had a Boss Dr Yau to work for . I have seen my self Dr Yau take longer lunches and leaving and coming back and thru offices that were away from her own office so she wouldn’t be seen coming and leaving, I saw all this as my wait times were long and I would sit in there waiting my turn sometimes well over an hour .
