I had the long process of having an implant removed and redone correctly. It’s been years and no problems whatsoever. I will need to go back soon to get two implants on the other side. So many doctors told me that it could not be done and everything turned out perfectly.

I went to Dr. Alicea to have my wisdom tooth removed. After a couple of days the left side of my face was still numb. I went back to let him know that this isn't normal. He told me to take vitamin B pills and brushed it off. Weeks later still the same issue, he gave me pills but that still did not work. He also told me I am not young and these things happen to older folks...I was 35. A year later my bottom lip and chin is still numb. I regret ever going to this man.

Dr. Alicea is so great...! He has the very best chair-side manner I have encountered. Explains things well, ensures my comfort, I have seen him (unfortunately) too many times for dental implants, and so I have become a "frequent flyer." He gets my very highest recommendation.

Dr Alicea was very informative of the procedure and mindful of my pain tolerance. (Bone graph and implant) He stopped and gave me another shot. I did not feel rushed. He and all his staff all wear masks for Covid precautions.

Dr. Alicea is an excellent Surgeon. The quality of his job, the way he approach the situation and the outcome of it. I was refer to him by my Dentist. He was supposed to just complete an evaluation for the removal of my wisdom tooth (4) and frontal teeth (1). I had a really bad toothache he looked at me saw my pain and decided to removed all of them at them same time (5). In a matter of approximately 20 minutes he removed the 5 tooth. I felt relieved. The pain after surgery was nothing compared with the pain I had before it. The recovery was excellent following all the instructions, taking all the medications, and special cares because of my diabetes and heart condition. He has definitely gone above and beyond!!!! Excellent

It has been over 3 months since I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alicea and my bottom lip is still numb. During all my visits, he rushes in and out. Does not take time to fully answer my questions. Half the time I keep stopping him before he rushes out the door. On all occasions, his nurse is the one that takes the time to fully answer my questions. And if they don't know, they then go and find out the answer. There are much better doctors out there that take their time and actually care.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction surgery with Dr. Luis Alicea. I was worried when I went to my appointment for the surgery but the staff and Dr. Alicea were very professional and they kept on insuring me that this procedure is normal and won't last for 30 minutes. Everything went well and I am satisfied with the result. My wife and my daughter also had oral surgeries with Dr. Alicea before mine. I would definitely recommend the office of Dr. Alicea for anyone.

3 weeks ago I went to the Kissimmee office to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alicea. I was super nervous but everything went very smoothly. I was in and out of there in about 1 hour, followed the before and after care instructions to the letter and I couldn't be happier. Very good experience, I would recommend Dr. Alicea without hesitation. He knows what he is doing :)

My experience with Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery was wonderful. Starting from the front desk staff, to the assistants, and dentist Dr. Luis Alicea. It was very urgent for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled out since I start school soon, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I was very impressed with their kind service and Dr. Alicea's extensive knowledge in the field. The surgery went very well and with the help of the medication it was a painless healing process. I'm writing this review to express my gratitude to Dr Luis F Alicea and his staff at the Kissimmee office. My nephew had an emergency that required surgery. They were gracious to accommodate us in short notice. Upon arrival everyone the office knew we were coming and they were courteous and knowledgeable as to explain all the steps. Once Dr. Alicea arrived he was professional, courteous and made us feel at ease. He explained the process thoroughly which gave us a lot of confidence.

Dr Alicea was most courteous in helping me through the entire procedure. He and his staff have been extremely professional and thoughtful every step of the way starting with my first consultation continuing with each following appointment. Dr. Alicea was kind, warm, and professional. The night I had my wisdom teeth removed, I had a question and he called back ASAP. He also called to check on me the next morning. I formed a dry socket after and he had me come in and treated me with care the day I called. Thank you, Dr Alicea!

This was by far the best tooth extraction I've ever had! There was no pain thanks to sedation and there is still no pain post op (must follow post op instructions to the T). It really works in feeling no pain or discomfort at all! If I ever need to have anymore oral procedures done this is where I'm coming period!! Dr. Alicea is the best!

I was seen at the Orofacial and Dental Implant Surgery at Kissimmee location to remove my wisdom teeth (all 4-oral surgery) and I was very happy with the outcome. As expected with any surgery I was in a little pain but I healed up quickly and the post-op instructions were easy to follow to maximize the healing process. I do recommend this office and I was seen by Dr. Alicea.

Went to Orofacial for the removal of my four wisdom teeth. The service was outstanding! Doctor Alicea is amazing doctor. In fact, nobody else is touching my mouth from now on. I will keep coming here for the rest of my life! Highly recommended.

Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery is a upscale office with the best equipment used by the best staff. Dr. Alicea took great care of me and showed concerns about my underlying condition ( Diabetes ). He even had paper work printed up to further educate me on my condition. This showed he cared for me as a person and not just his patient. I know I may have to return and I feel confident and not anxious like before.

Dr. Alicea is the kindest, most thorough and detail oriented oral surgeon ever. He's helped me through a couple implants and bone loss problems. The staff is great too.

On 01/06/2017 I went to this doctor on the recommendation of my dentist for two tooth extractions. During the process there were several irregularities The doctor did not use gloves to look for the vein, and uncertain the same needle twice, I also left the catheter in my arm and do not drain the serum line. And the worst part only apologized and I blame the attendants, I told him that he had control of the surgery and I am as a patient , I just expected a quality serv
