Went in with a fractured ankle(avulsion). Luis is solid,straight to the point. Got me in,got me out. All while making me feel well informed on my injury and the steps needed for recovery. ????????

Can't say I was impressed. I could be wrong but he might have texted someone after laughing during my appointment. Supremely unfriendly and forgot which side of my body was experiencing issues during my visit.

I’ve been trying to figure out my 14year old daughters knee pain for 3 years. Most the other doctors just dismissed it as “growing pains”. But Dr. Palacio took the time to come to a real conclusion and a plan to fix the problem. He spent about 35min. With us.

Dr Palacio saw my 7 month old at urgent care. He was very nice and took extra time to talk with us!

I was on vacation in Reno and had to go to Urgent Care because I got sick while there. He did very little to help me and I had to go to my PCP when I got home where he gave me prescriptions. If Dr Placio would have taken care of me, I would not have had to suffer until I got back to my PCP.
