I had the greatest experience at Krauss Dermatology once again. Their entire staff is so pleasant and accommodating and I love how welcoming and caring they are. I have seen Dr. Bosworth twice now for lip filler. I was extremely nervous but both him and his medical assistant Andrea made the experience as painless and relaxing as possible. The results are incredible and I could not be happier!

I have been a patient of Dr. Krauss' for over 15 years, for cosmetic work and skin checks. She is very skilled in terms of giving a natural look without looking artificial or overdone. She's down to earth, approachable and open to answering my questions and explaining the pros and cons of various procedures and treatments. I never feel pressured to have anything extra done. Both my children received treatment at Krauss dermatology for various skin ailments and were very comfortable there. The office is beautiful, staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I chose Krauss Dermatology solely because they had an online website where you can request an appointment. The issue is, you make the request online but then they call you. That defeats the entire purpose of being able to request online. I have moderate to severe mental health issues around using the phone. I explained this to them multiple times but was not met with any level of understanding. They will not accommodate my request for online or text communication. I was told to "have a friend call for me." I don't understand how they can repeatedly email back and forth about how they can't help me instead of just using that time to try to work out an appointment with me. Extremely disappointed there is no sensitivity regarding mental health here or willingness to even try to accommodate. What if I had a hearing issue? Would they try to help me then? I had 5 parts of my body done with the Cool Sculpting process. I had a complete and thorough exam followed by a recommendation from Dr. Krauss. The treats were handled with professionalism, kind, caring staff with Dr Krauss performing the actual final treatment phase. From call to closure a very rewarding and positive experience. The results started to show after first treatment in all areas. They provided me with all the facts to make my best medical decision. I would recommend this office for more than this procedure. Dr. Krauss is the best. I have seen her for nearly 20 years now. She caught a medical issue my PC overlooked, and over the years I've turned to her for cosmetic procedures like IPL, Botox and fillers. She is always on the cutting edge of new technologies and does a great job of explaining what to expect and managing expectations. Her website is a fantastic resource and indicative of the type of meticulous care you get at this practice. She has dissuaded me from procedures because she didn't think I'd be happy with the results. She goes above and beyond when it comes to your comfort and she has a tool box of techniques she deploys to help you before, during and after your treatments. The office is well run, the front desk and assistants follow Dr Krauss's lead and are warm and professional; it makes every visit an inviting and pleasant experience. And the results are amazing. I never look 'done' after a cosmetic procedure, instead I look like a rested, better version of myself.

I've been seeing Dr. Bosworth for a few years or more now. Always a quick and pleasant experience, including the minor surgery I had yesterday. Nurses and admin staff and quite friendly too. Thank you very much for the quality care.

I recently had a visit with Michael. He was very caring and professional. He thoroughly listened to my concerns more than once :) and took the appropriate actions to resolve my issue. 've been a patient of Dr. Krauss for years. But my mom and aunt also both saw different people in her office for different reasons and that's what prompted me to write this review. I had a terrible dog bite to the face that was mishandled by a plastic surgeon leading to chronic pain. The only person who was able to make a dent - and she made a huge one - in my pain was Dr. Krauss. She tried a few different things until she found solutions and to this day helps with the dog bite scar. I also see her for more vanity related reasons and she always finds me the solution that is the most "natural" and cost-effective. She won't recommend anything that is going to make you look fake. As I mentioned, other doctors treated my 87 year old mother and my 89 year old aunt who has alzheimers who had a cancerous growth removed. Everyone was terrific and kind. The office also runs like a well oiled clock. In all my years there I've never waited more than a couple of minutes (wish all my doctors were like that) and communication is great. A special shout out to Molly for communicating effectively with me about my aunt's treatement.

Dr. Krauss is simply one of the best Doctors I have ever seen. She is unbelievably knowledgeable in her field and a compassionate person. I have been seeing her for over a decade and her level of care is simply impressive. I see a lot of medical doctors for a variety of issues and Dr. Krauss is among the best of the best. Her office is also very comfortable and the staff there is super helpful and organized.

Total nightmare. My face is ruined. I got an infection and she couldn't or wouldn't see it through. I ended up seeing an Infectious Disease Specialist. If things go wrong they won't be there. Buyer Beware.

I have been seeing Dr. Krauss for many years - my father before me. She is kind, patient, PAINLESS and extremely knowledgeable. With regard to cosmetic procedures, she is always of the mind that less is more and I never leave her office feeling "done." I would not see anyone else.

I felt it was time to give my personal five star review to Krauss Dermatology. Dr. Madeline Krauss a few years ago diagnosed and aggressively treated a health issue without question saved me from possible loss of work, certainly a lot of pain & suffering. I've seen Dr. Krauss a few times since as usual had wonderful care. I'd like to mention one procedure in particular that might help men with a double chin. She suggested cool sculpting! One hour, no pain, great result! Krauss Dem ????

Dr. Krauss is extremely knowledgeable and her entire practice is excellent. My family has complete trust in recommendations from her and the other doctors. The office visit experience is outstanding. We recommend all of the doctors without reservation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krauss' since she opened her practice. My entire family works with someone in the practice. From the moment you walk into the door to the moment you leave, the staff is thoughtful and helpful. Dr. Krauss' thorough exams and never suggests any unnecessary services. She also explains clearly what the outcome will be for any procedures.

My experiences with Dr. Krauss have been excellent. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and takes great care with her patients. I have seen her both for skin screenings and for cosmetic procedures. She is brilliant with the cosmetic work- skilled in all procedures, with a great eye for what will make the patient look rejuvenated and young without any obvious signs of "having had work done." People often tell me I look young and well rested- Dr Krauss is my secret weapon! Brilliant doctor.

I had coolsculpting of the neck which did nothing. It cost $1000 and she said that she told me from the beginning that I needed 2 treatments. Not true, she originally said some people find 2 treatments are better. She encouraged another treatment. Why would I do another when I had no results from the 1st? I also had facial injections from her and I am not pleased. She rushes through the appt and does not even show you a mirror after to see the results. I am not happy with results. Stay away
