Treated me like a child, lectured me for being late with valid family emergency, no compassion.

I had an emergency with my dog and couldn't make it to my appointment. I promptly messaged her apologizing, and she was incredibly rude in her response. She assumed I didn't need anything and told me to just see my PCP. When I told her I did indeed need BH support, she said I should reschedule with someone else, not her, and chided me for not cancelling ahead of time. Atrius supposedly prides itself on "providing mental health care with compassion and respect for each patient's health and well-being." So much for compassion and respect. I am so disheartened because I have had only positive experiences with Atrius BH in the past. VERY disappointed with Dr. Eslami.

I went to her looking for help. Instead I got a nasty lecture and some very backwards, old-fashioned thinking.

Rewarding and educational being treated by this psychiatrist. Dr. Eslami is extremely professional. I've exceeded my goals with this Doctor. I feel good about myself at age 65. She helped me with issues these past 10 yrs. that should of been corrected 40 yrs ago. She meets you in a calm setting and never runs late. In emergencies Dr. Eslami calls back in less then 30 mins. The best part, this doctor always remembers the last discussion you had with her, she never gives up on the goals you set .

I have been a patient of Dr. Eslami for over 15 years, she is always on time for appointments, extremely knowledgeable, and allows however much time is required

Just wanted to change my regimen as 5 minutes of meeting with me. I was a number, not a patient. Refused to prescribe medications I'd been taking for decades without a problem. VERY disappointed.

Horrible doctor! Does not care about patients mental health and is extremely unprofessional.

After working with Dr. Eslami for the past 6 years, I've learned how to capitalize on my strengths and manage my weaknesses. She takes the time to understand what's important to me as an individual and helps me set goals I can consistently achieve.
