EDIT: Dr. Krone emailed me this morning and answered our concerns in good detail. I wish she could have explained this to us yesterday when we asked. I feel we didn't get a clear response yesterday. I do appreciate her reaching out to follow up. I understand a whole exam is necessary to do for new patients but since we just had his 1 year old appointment 1 month ago, it was frustrating to be getting a run down on how to brush his teeth and what sugary foods to avoid when we were asking to address the issue from his fall a few hours ago. She did a great job explaining routine oral care and inspecting his teeth. I just wish she would have taken the time to address our concerns of the accident in depth. We came in today after my 1.5 year old fell and busted his lip. He had a check up in January with a different dentist but his normal pediatric dentist was closed today so we came here. They treated the whole appointment like a check up instead of addressing the issue we came to them with and when we asked about our concerns we felt extremely dismissed. She didn't bother to look at the issue again after we re-explained it to her. She gave us 3 different responses to our concerns. She then told us how we can pull his lip up at home to stretch the frenulum and see if it's bad but she didn't do it. Why should we be doing that when we have no experience doing it? Why couldn't she just do it to ease our minds by checking the lip tie and front teeth? We left and won't be going back again or referring anyone.

Pediatric Smiles has been the best dental experience for all three of my kids. The staff is awesome. Dr. Krone, the dental assistant are great. The Dental hygienist is awesome. Thank you guys for always making our visit a wonderful experience.

We have a 10, 7 and 2 year old and we have been clients for the last 7 years. They offer a warm and friendly environment. The staff is patient and explains everything throughly to both the parents and patients. Dental work in general can sometimes cause anxiety in children, and Pediatric Smiles does a great job of meeting children where they’re at and making sure they’re comfortable and feel safe. One of our children recently had a cavity filled & they were quick, efficient and thorough in getting it taken care of. Highly recommend!

My 3 year old was scared to come to the dentist. But the very nice man who did her x-rays was incredible with her! And Dr.Krone was amazing. We couldn't be happier!

Dr. Krone is amazing! She’s always so gentle with my boys who are 2 years old and 1 year old. She’s always so thorough and explains everything in detail. The office staff are also nice and friendly.

The people there were great. They were very polite and incredibly helpful, I felt very comfortable.

From the time I made our first appointment on the phone 3 years ago until this very day, Dr. Krone and the wonderful staff show absolute professional and personable care. My grandson really likes going here, he is almost 7yrs old, Autistic and enjoys coming here, which says a lot.

Have been taking my daughter here since she was a baby. She is 11 now. Amazing staff.

My two boys have visited Pediatric Smiles all their lives. Always provide friendly and kid friendly attention. They make it less stressful and are very thorough.

Kevin, the main technician that treated my 3 kids (ages 12, 7, and 3) when they came in for their appointments, was very nice, kind, and comforting to all 3 of them. Today I had a great expérience at Pediatric Smile. JENNIFER at the réception was very very nice. And very professional also the x-ray guy was very professional and made my two kids feel very conftable. The Doctor also was super experienced and great. I do recommend Pediatric without any doubt. This is was our sons first visit to the Dentist and It was such awesome experience. Love the team from the front desk to the back office. Hundred percent recommend.

We moved here from NV and I was nervous to take my 6yr old to a new pediatric dentist, (since we loved her dentist back in NV). Wow ???? I truly loved the experience. The receptionist was so kind and nice, all the women there who took x-rays and cleaned her teeth were absolutely the nicest. Dr. Krone is so amazing with my kids! Her gentleness and genuine concern for our children shines bright. We would not ever think of going anywhere else for our pediatric dental needs! The whole staff is just wonderful! They always call for a reminder and clear up ANY insurance questions before our appointment. Wonderful place!!
