Very nice and experienced staff. Great first time experience. Dr Randawa was thorough with his examination also.

I am a prostate cancer survivor with a great deal of post-surgical nerve damage. I went to Brazoria County Pain Center and paid $250.00 for an initial visit and initial drug test. I told them I was a SELF PAY customer and "do NOT file this on my insurance" even though though they asked for my insurance info "in case they need it in the future". I took the drug test and saw Dr. Manjit S. Randhawa for 5 minutes and this it. . He didn't give a damn what I knew about my own problems or issues, and wanted me to start all over with thousands of additional testing. "Total bull-crap and I knew I will NOT be seeing him again". I walked out. Three months later I get a damn bill showing they DID hit my insurance company for over $1,000.00 bucks, against my demands and they told me I now owed another $250.37 for some sort of secondary drug lab work which I never heard was part of the deal. It made ZERO sense. Headed to an attorneys office I guess. Some kind of pissed I am.

I paid this office everytime I went. I had no insurance at the time. Now I have three $333.00 on my credit. This office will not see you unless you pay. This has been falsely reported and want it removed. Not to mention I wouldnt even call him a Dr. Not everyone going to him are there just because theyre trying to get pain pills. Some of us really have issues and if he cant look at a cat scan, mri and xrays and see that some of us are really are in pain then he isnt any kind of doctor. Excellent

Been going for years. Started seeing Allows a couple years ago she is AWESOME great bed side manor. You are not a number with her. She takes time with you asks questions. The staff is great. Love the new building.

Was told I tested positive for drugs I didn't take. Told not to come back.

Everytime i take my wife it takes little over 2 hrs each time and my wife is in sever pain still and we both feel like were not getting anywhere on top of what clinic doesnt have an answer machine P.M can help those that dont smoke marijuana my wifes thinning loosing wieght and her appetite and marijuana helps her have the desire to eat while her stomach is in sever pain.For us were at the point this takes too long and for what were still not sure shes still loosing wieght and regressing physically.We cant afford surgery rip this danm mesh in her chest out so im stuck watching her go through too danm much Everytime i take my wife it takes little over 2 hrs each time and my wife is in sever pain still and we both feel like were not getting anywhere on top of what clinic doesnt have an answer machine … More

I’ve been under Dr. Randhawa’s care since 2001, and my treatment plan has allowed me to substantially decrease the amount of opiate based pain meds substantially. His office on 35E is new and really nice. The staff is outstanding!

I was referred to Dr. Randhawa from my PCP for chronic low back pain. The facility was clean and my wait time was a bit long but that is expected for an initial visit. I was asked to produce a urine specimen also. Dr. Randhawa was cordial and knowledgeable. He did explain to me that i will need further testing so he can see what is exactly causing my pain. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I will begin by telling you some history. Hospitalized for over a year due to a severe staph infection. Told I would never walk again.. proved them all wrong. I do suffer pain daily and nights are worse because part of my pelvis is gone and drop foot & nerve pain. I moved from the care of wonderful doctors in Alaska. My first visit with Dr. Randhowa left me worried. His bedside manner was poor and he came off as acusitory and doubting I was in pain. My next 3 visits were with the PA's and the listened and really cared. I give high ratings to Alissa Strambler. I was finally in a place where the pain was being managed well. I was sent back to Dr. Randhowa again ( for some reason?) he immediately cut back my meds saying he needed to cut me back & I should not have been prescribed the quantity I was given. He demanded I explain myself(?) um .. the PA under his name prescribed. Again all trust was lost. He prescribed an antidepressant to help me sleep. I ended up with a migraine and hives . I kept a pain journal for him and he refused to look at it during my next visit. Today I left in tears. He was cold, accusatory, and obviously could care less about my pain which according to him is not justification to receive pain my pain pills. He refused to look at my MRI and X rays during my first visit and now is demanding to see them. He gave no reason other than doubt about my condition. (After doing research I found each state is doing random record checks which would have been a nice answer). He needs justification from my surgeon now after seeing me for over a year.. ( correction: seeing his PAs). My question on dismissal from his presence was " How do I sleep? I am up all night with pain". He said take a Tylenol.. (i have tried that and every over the counter pain aid out there )and it fell on deaf ears. He said to cut my pain pills in half and spread them out. Are you kidding me? Dr. Rendowa needs to experience sleepless nights with pain and deep breaths before taking his next step himself to have compassion for those in pain. He is oblivious to those in true pain. Nothing worse than a Dr. without compassion and accusatory. I have accepted that I will suffer pain due to my condition, however the medication pain pills allow me to have quality time to exercise and return to my career as a professional artist. He does not seem to understand that. Without, I am bed ridden. I will say his staff of nurses and staff is wonderful. I requested seeing Alissa (PA) she explained things very well and listened. I hope to not have to deal with Dr. Rendowa if I can help it in the future. If not for his staff and Alissa Stambler , I would be at another doctor today. THIS DR. IS A CROOK I WENT TO SEE HIM THIS SO CALLED DR. PUT ME ON 3 SUBOXON PER DAY NOW I CANT GET OFF OF THEM THANKS TO THIS DR. First visit pretty much told me nothing was wrong with me. Without any test any MRI or xrays! I am a young woman I know but I am 100%disabled since 2010. I need multiple surgeries to try and correct my back. I have seen multiple surgeons and doctors they all say the same thing. It's because of the medicine I take the way he acted towards me I know. He said he saw no problems. That patients he had that had had surgeries didn't take what I took. Well until this past year I have been more or less chained and imprisoned in my own body and my own bed. When I walked it was with a cane. I have taken everything under the sun. Non narcotic and narcotics from pills to patches. Until the combination I was put on a little over a year ago I had no life whatsoever! No life outside of my bed. And even in my bed no life no sex life either. Since I began the medication I am on now. I threw away the can and got out of bed. I have lost 30 pounds but still over weight. I smile and have a somewhat normal life. i have a trio planned as I speak now to fly to see my daughter who is 17 and we have all sorts of things planned I haven't seen her in years. I go to the gym at least 3 days a week to rehab myself. I feel better than I have in years and none of that would be possible without the medicine I take. When he began to tell me that he saw nothing wrong or that warranted the meds I take I almost cried. To think of him putting me back to bed and taking away my life handing me back my gloom and depression and weight. It made me want to cry made me sick. But I will give him one more chance I will be taking him my MRI and XRays. Next week. But I can tell he has already made up his mind. You know it's embarrassing for me to show my disability it takes everything I have in me to stand up straight and walk straight. I can't do it long. Upon arrival he was immediately was asking questions as to why I came to see him. As if driving less than 30 miles in the Houston area is far. He appeared extremely suspicious of where I was from and who have I seen for my protruding disc. Then proceeds to tell me that "my issue is not that bad". His assessment was lackluster and don't even think of asking for narcotic pain pills when you're I need obvious pain. He will try to make you feel like an idiot. I will not be seeing him again.

I've been a patient since 1998--had the injections, then Medtronic pump installed to control pain..Pump refills are about every two months, tho I sometimtes need injections in sciatic joint or in knee, but those are limited. I find he is thorough in describing what needs to go on.When my internal catheter acted up (it was 13 yrs old!) he knew exactly what my new symptoms indicated, verified with X-ray and MRI before surgery to replace. Staff is friendly.
