My first impression of the doctor was about his age, he could barely walk or talk, I thought maybe my bet is his experience. I asked for colonoscopy since I have some concerning symptoms, he insisted of doing KGE and blood test (to make more money from the insurance). I waited almost a month and didn’t get the referral, I called Juan in the front desk, and she took my name to check and call me back, and she never did, I called her again and she did the same thing, I called her a third time, and this time she said the doctor didn’t request a referral for me, but she can get me the referral if I call her back the next day, I called her the next day and she didn’t pick up, I called the following day, and another lady told me that Juan is in a meeting and she took my name to have her call me back, and again she never did. I called again for the seventh time, and this time Juan told that they can’t get me the referral and that I have to go for another visit to get the referral(to make money
