BE VERY CAREFUL. Below is what happened when I was talking to Deanna at the front desk making an appt. with the dentist, and I agree with D's review from 4 years ago(see his review below giving one star). -She laughed at me when I think she did not like my answer; I had to ask her what was so funny? -She cut me off many times; I felt insulting. -She sneered at me; I think she tried to make me feel bad. -She yelled at me over the phone, hurting my ears; I said why yelling at me, she said I was talking to somebody else. It was very loud, very uncomfortable to me. -I made an appointment even after all of the above(now I am thinking why did I do it?) -She told me later that there are other dentists I can go to; that was when I decided to cancel the appt. because I could not put up with her anymore. I give two stars because of the average of one for Deanna and three for the dentist since I do not know how good the dentist is. BE VERY CAREFUL. Since moving to Torrance, Dr. Yoon has been my go-to dentist and she has taken care of me. She is very professional as well as her staff and are very accommodating with my insurance. They work around my work schedule to make sure any dental work is done well and fast.

All staffers are sincere and kind, furthermore Dr takes care of patients with doing her best !!

This dental Office is most professional facility ! Dr as well as nurses is very cooperative !

This place was so clean you could eat off the floor and Deanne was very helpful and very nice great customer service and Veronica made me feel very comfortable since I am very nervous about the dentist I am so thankful for their service.

I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years, due to bad experiences, so I was very nervous. But the minute I walked in the over all feeling was good. The front desk was very nice and helpful, no attitude at all! And Dr Yoon was very gentle and calming. She explained everything to me in a vocabulary I could understand. If you are thinking about going to this dental office please reconsider. When I called to make an appointment I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional woman Deanna is her name. She would cut me off in the middle of speaking telling me that I would have to get my x-ray from my last dentist because they are done every three years. When I would try to explain she would cut me off. So when I called back to talk to a supervisor to make a complaint she said she was the supervisor. I said well who could I write to about her and she said write it to her. That is so crazy so I asked to speak to someone else she put me on hold and said they told her to make my appointment ok are you crazy I don't want to make a appointment I wanted a name to make a complaint again she cut me off and kept saying to me so what do you want. Now I'm thinking no way will I go to this office. If the front office is this unprofessional what is the dentist like. Deanna if you are the supervisor or manager then your office is a mess.
