Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would! When you call to schedule an appointment your on hold for at least 5 minutes, usually longer. Then, when you get there for your appointment you wait about a half hour before they call you in. Once you're in the room you wait an additional 10 minutes for the doctor's assistant to come in. After the doctor's assistant checks you out then you have to wait for the actual doctor to come in to check you out again. God forbid you need a prescription refill, they tell you 24-48 hours, it's more like 3 or 4 days! In order for them to transfer your medical records you have to pay $10 per person. Then you have to wait another week for them to MAIL the records because they refuse to email or fax. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
