Dr. Reyes always treats me so well! She explains everything in detail and I am so comfortable with her. She is honestly the best OB in dallas and I recommend her to all of my friends.

Dra. Reyes been my Dr. for abt. 7years she is the best always with the best attitude and best service , but this pasa weeks I’m been calling to make a appointment the customer service they have now is really bad and inefficient. They put me on hold for 30 min then they hang off , this is very unprofessional now I have to change my Dr. Cuz I had never received a call back or something from them .

I used to got to Dr. Heidi Harms for many years, I got pregnant and called the office. They said my doctor is not accepting a new patients... Excuse me, but I'm not a new patient... they recommend me a doctor from the same office with a 3.5 feedback on all the websites. The worst doctor in the office! The system is terrible! Not helpful, the girls at the office don't care about anything, no feeling., no compassion... they didn't even try to help... Very disappointed in my doctor also, her nurse is never available, they never return phone calls! I would not recommend this office in general!!! it's all about money!!! Dr. Reyes is the best. I’ve had her as my OBGYN for over ten years now. She has always made me feel comfortable and answers any questions I may have. Her nurse, Mitra, is great also Everyone in the office are nice every time I come in.

Dr. Reyes has been my doctor for over 12 years. She is personable and empathetic. I trust her and her expertise and have followed her through several practice changes.

I was referred to Dr. Reyes after my OBGYN, could no longer provide OB services. During my first appt. I was advised that I would not be able to be seen there (I was 28 weeks pregnant). After I started crying, she changed her mind and said she would. I had to be induced early and no one from this practice was at my delivery, despite Dr. Reyes knowing I was in the hospital. No one ever checked on me either. During my post-delivery appointment, I was also not checked by Dr. Reyes as I should have been. I still had the cerclage, even after my delivery. Which should have been caught, if I would have been seen. I will never seek this practice nor do I recommend it to anyone. This was one of the most disorganized offices I have visited. I had an appointment originally scheduled and when I got there the intake paperwork regarding financial responsibility had funny worded jargon. It basically stated that most insurance companies only cover limited care (wellness women's check) and most other services probably would not be covered by insurance companies. I believe their website said it takes them awhile to verify your insurance information to know for sure what your benefits cover, but I submitted my insurance information ahead of my appointment. Needless to say, when I arrived I was uncomfortable signing the financial responsibility document which was the first time I have ever gone to an office and not seen the doctor. I called my insurance company while I was there and missed my appointment because I was told the doctor could not wait on me to finish my call. They did get me in for the next business day. I showed up to my appointment trusting in my insurance company more than their intake form. When I asked the doctor about it, her statement was the test hat I wanted to do she would need to put something on the form to let the insurance companies know that it was critical for me to take the test which really the test was a run-of-the-mill test and nothing that was relating to terminal, rare or chronic illness. I called back in when the doctor said the test results would be ready was told to call back in two more days. I did that then I was told to call back in two to three more days and after speaking with the office manager was told that the results were ready even though I was told it wasn't but she shared the results with me. The time I had to take off from work for my first appt that I couldn't attend was frustrating. I'm sure they are not always like this, i would think, but I'm just being honest about my experience. I've been through 3 different practices just to remain Dr. Reyes' patient. I've been seeing her for over a decade and plan to continue to do so. She is an expert in her field, and I trust her to provide safe and sound advice that is in my best interest.

She is definitely not a warm caring doctor she is cold and rude. They refused to give me another appointment after dealing with insurance issues for 3 months, they claim I requested a change in doctor. Which is a lie. I’m seven months pregnant and they refuse to give me the care I need. I’m switching doctors and when I call to get my medical record they can’t locate it. I just don’t have anything positive to say about her. I will report the treatment or lack of treatment received. So blessed to have Dr. Maria Reyes as my OBGYN, she has the best best side manners. She is always so attentive and listens to any concerns that I may have.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Reyes. She is the most personable, approachable, and caring Dr. I've ever been to. She makes you feel really comfortable and at the end of the day that's what matters - LOVE her.

I've followed Dr. Reyes to multiple practices and have been going to her for many years. She's engaged, thorough, and really listens to her patients. She's deeply committed to whole patient care - not just a particular diagnosis or specialty, and takes the time to really understand what's going on. I highly recommend her and consider her a trusted part of my personal "care team."

I visited Dr. Maria Reyes, for a routine physical and laboratory test. The lab results showed that I had a slightly elevated TSH levels. It was clearly stated on my online patient chart that I needed a full TSH panel. I made an appointment for labs and took the morning off from work to have them done. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing from the office. I finally revived a bill from my insurance company for testosterone level labs that had been done for $117. I had no issues with my testosterone levels is was my TSH levels that had to be tested. I'm incredibly disappointed at the level of disorganization at this office. I have been seeing Dr. Reyes for over 9 years. I refer her to everyone I know and they love her as well. She takes the time to answer any questions you may have. If you don't understand something or are unsure about a procedure she will go though it with you step by step. Or give you other options. I trust her completely which is rare for me. I was so grateful when I got pregnant finally that she was able to deliver my baby. She made my birth experience better than I could have imagined.
