I am shocked to see negative reviews about this dental practice! My family and I have had the pleasure of being patients at this dental practice for years. I absolutely love Holly and couldn’t imagine having a different hygienist! She is very loving, sincere, thorough, and professional. My teeth always feel squeaky clean when I leave. Dr. Koch is a *meticulous * dentist!! He is a perfectionist in every sense of the word! His shots are painless and effective. My father had a dental emergency last Thanksgiving and Dr. Koch saw him and didn’t even charge him!! If that’s isn’t going above and beyond, I’m not sure what is! Greatest dentists around. Painless, courteous and caring. Great support staff, always responsive. Very clean office and very professional demeanor. They make you feel very comfortable throughout treatment.

They swore up & down they took my insurance every time. Turns out they dont now I owe a lot of $$, shady practice, beware!

Was told I was full of it because I have Medicaid and medicare before promptly being hung up on. Very rude.
