I had Dr. Koch redo my veneers after a few years of having them done by a different dentist. Dr. Koch matched the colors impecably and was very professional and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and was meticulous with his work. Highly recommend!

I've been to several dentist over the years and DR. Koch is one of the best. The fillings and crown he did fit perfect and were better than any other dentist I've been to. He actually cares and is very good at explaining options and what your responsibilities are for good dental health.

I have had good experiences with Cara, a dental hygienist at George & Koch Dental. She takes good "Cara" me (smile). She's friendly, has a relaxed professional manner, is very knowledgeable, and explains things with patience and clarity. When cleaning my teeth, she's sensitive to my needs and avoids touching a certain amalgam filling that is sensitive to touch. I feel grateful to her for that. I am not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here, unless they are bringing their own negativity and baggage to the appointment. I also have never liked dentists, having had braces in my youth and then having a bad experience with a dentist in my early adulthood. However, despite MY dental baggage, which I did discuss with the Doctor and staff, my visit went very well! I came to Dr. Koch today as I needed a double crown, after he pinpointed the reason I was having pain on my lower right in a prior appointment. I was greeted with a smile, and brought to a lovely spot - (the office is beautiful; the layout of the office is open, so you have some privacy yet no inappropriate behavior would be able to be hidden) where I settled in. His wonderful assistant Sharon was working with him, and together they worked as a team (25 years!) patiently taking me through the 2 1/2 hours I was in the chair, allowing me to rest when needed and always making sure I was ok. Afterwards, Dr. Koch spent 20 minutes filing the temporary crown down, so as to be sure I was not uncomfortable for 3 weeks while we wait for my crowns to come in. I felt he (and Sharon) were very focused on me and my personal comfort, knowing I was a little bit terrified of the unknown. :-) I'm very impressed and totally not worried about my upcoming appointment. I've been a patient of Dr. Koch for over 20 years. When I first moved to central Vermont, I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a dentist of the caliber to which I'd become accustomed. Happily, I have. Dr. Bill Koch has met and exceeded my highest hopes. He's done an incredible job of improving my dental health and appearance. Both Bill and is entire staff are amazing people. They've earned my greatest respect. I would like to recommend him if you're looking for the best.

AWFUL! Dr. Koch is very unprofessional and insensitive. During my "consultation" he came into the office with a photography camera and immediately started taking random pictures of me without explaining why (I'm very insecure and have major anxiety with dentists due to previous bad experiences). I expressed that I was not comfortable with this process and he gave me hard time and became very moody, with a curt response. He then started to examine my mouth, poking an prodding, he poked the top of a crown, where my gums have started receding, so it hurt, and I flinched. He then became very agitated and told me "Yea this isn't gonna work out, I suggest you find another office to go to" and then basically kicked me out. I was utterly dumbfounded!! DO NOT GO HERE.
