I arrived early and was seen before my scheduled appointment time. The staff was efficient and courteous. I had a few immediate issues Dr. Hall assessed and addressed and followed up by examining some additional concerns I had. Dr. Hall's feedback and advising was understandable and completely addressed my concerns.

Dr Hall is quick and thorough. He answers questions until you’re satisfied and the wait times are never long. I’ve had several procedures done and will continue to use him.

Dr Hall was personable, professional and very attentive to questions and concerns I had presented. His staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I've been a patient for 15 years with very regular visits all of my issues have been handled professionally at the highest level.

Dr. Hall reminded me of my military days get in and get out I can't even remember what this guy looks like! I would rather go back to the VA than see this him again. Now I see why he is advertising in the bulletin he needs clients apparently.

Arrived and placed in exam room for a total of 15 minutes… the doctor spent less than 5 minutes doing exam… I had never been there before. Prior basal cell surgery on my face… didn’t even look inquire about prior surgery. Did not use any magnifying tools to look. Just a quick once-over and out the door. I felt like I was wasting his time. In and out before my actual appointment. Probably billed my insurance way more than he should have. Not returning or referring anyone. Dr Hall has been very professional and thorough in his examination. He uses the latest technology. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I have been going to Dr. Hall for about eight years for yearly exams and related treatments. I am very confident in the care and advise I have received during those visits and would highly recommend him. Also his staff has always been friendly and efficient.

I have found Dr Hall to be a very thorough and taking great pains to analyze the problem and provide the correct treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the Bend area.

Dr Hall has treated me since I moved to the area in 2020. I have been seeing dermatologists for 52 years with sun related issues. I am happy to say that I have never had a better provider. Dr. Hall knows what he is doing and does it well. He found a Basal cell tumor on my nose. We discussed the issue and my alternatives and I chose a new radiation procedure that offers a 99% success rate with no MOHS surgery. I have found Dr Hall to be experienced, highly knowledgeable, efficient, easy to talk to and open to questions and discussion. His staff is wonderful too They are professional, friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the new radiation treatment and highly recommend it where appropriate. The technician who administers the treatment (TINA) is absolutely fabulous- I truly cannot say too much about her knowledge, professionalism and sunny personality.

Dr. Hall was thorough and informative as he worked with my mom and prepared a future treatment plan for her. I highly recommend him if you're looking for an experienced, highly knowledgable Dermatologist with excellent service.

The examination was OK, it took 3 days for the Rx to be delivered to the correct pharmacy; first day, wasn't sent in, next day to wrong pharmacy, 3rd day wrong pharmacy again, even after a phone call. This needs to get better...

Nice visit--good Doc

I did not see Mark Hall, l saw Andrew Williams, who cautioned me to keep an eye on the mole that my oral surgeon was concerned about, but said that l did not have anything to worry about at the moment. He answered all my questions and when l left l felt confident about the situation.

As usual, he was in a big hurry. Talks really fast, has one foot out the door after 2 minutes. At least he did not (hopefully) miss a basal cell, like he did last time he was too quick and did not look under my mask. Do not recommend. btw I am a long-time patient, but have not found a replacement for Dr. Hall yet.

Very professional in his area of expertise and knowledgeable about explaining any procedures if necessary.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Hall to friends and family. I love how prompt and organized his office is. They are also all very friendly and genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Hall had to change my appointment day due to unforeseen circumstances. Coming from a location that is a 6 hour drive away, he still accommodated me. I have been seeing Dr. Hall for over decade. I find it hard to transfer to another dermatologist.

It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Hall. When he closed his Klamath Falls office, my wife and I started traveling to his main office in Bend. He's been a lifesaver to me, and now I bring my mother for her check-ups.

Dr. Hall is so professional and personable. His staff take great care in making me feel comfortable and ensure understand procedures and next steps. Best of all the appointments are efficient without feeling rushed.

I trust Mark implicitly. His dermatological knowledge and experience at Walter Reed Army Hospital qualifies him in the tops of the medical profession

I'm not a big talker in medical appointments. I strive to give a doctor "just the facts" and let them take the lead. But Dr. Hall was abrupt, condescending and NEVER let me finish a thought or sentence without butting in. When a doctor heads for the door and puts his hand on the knob DURING your time, you are not being taken seriously as a patient. You are simply a dollar sign. There are so many excellent physicians in Bend, OR. so don't waste your time here. I was truly stunned at the dismissive way I was treated.

I have seen Dr. Hall for about 3 years. I've hung in there despite some doubts, but things declined greatly with my last visit. Not sure if it was because of COVID, but it was the quickest visit ever. (his office is extreme about COVID - making me put a medical mask over my double layered cloth mask and they make you complete paperwork and wait outside or in your car) He was washing his hands after I told him about my first area of concern. Then when I mentioned an additional area of concern he would not touch it because he didn't want to touch my skin again since he had already washed his hands. He burned something off the top of my head, without taking a biopsy, yet said that he was concerned it could be basal cell. If it came back I should then come back. He was in the room with me less than 5 minutes. I will change doctors now because it is important to catch things early and to feel like you're being heard and not rushed out the door.

Dr. Hall and his staff are exceptional! They provide a safe, friendly, professional services and I always leave feeling well taken care of.

Dr. Hall goes above and beyond the call of duty. I've had seven successful basil cell cancer surgeries, so far and he even got me some cream for my facial dry spots. The nurses and front desk are amazing also. Thanks Dr. Hall and Staff!

I would not go see another doctor. Dr. Hall found melanomas on me not once but twice removed all melanomas thank you Dr. Hall.

I felt rushed. I went in for a complete exam but it was very minimal. I had to point out problem areas or he would have not seen them. Felt like I was otherwise interrupting his day. He wouldn't allow my husband in the room even though he had the next appointment with Dr. Hall.

I had a spot on my face and he did freeze it off but it felt like he was in such a hurry. He sort of explained the process then was literally halfway out the door when he was giving me follow up instructions. Just felt like I was not a priority, but still got the job done.

Friendly, informative professionals all. Would recommend to any of my family and friends! No pain! Dr. Hall remains my favorite of all physicians.
