If I could give a zero star, I would. I had waited months for this very important appointment and it was simply awful. In my opinion, Dr. Jarek was unprepared, uninformed, abrasive, unapproachable, dismissive, demeaning, and condescending. It appeared as if he was trying to shame me out of seeking the medical care I had been referred to get. If you still decide to waste your time, be prepared to have to ask to have medical records corrected and to wait several more months for the help you need. As well, if you decide to still go, it might be worth it to ask permission and record the appointment. It seemed clear the man not only did not want to do the job he is being paid to do, but actually tried to be hurtful in addition to being lazy. It is easy to believe the other reviews that reflect bad experiences.

Dr Jarek was beyond rude and belittling to me. I’ve waited months for answers to my pain and I was basically told I was flat footed and needed better sleep. Will definitely be seeking second opinion. I have be with Dr Jared for over 10 years. He has always been upfront with me.

I have seen Dr. Jarek for 3 years now. He has been amazing in my care and has always helped me understand all of my options. He is extremely caring and helpful with anything I have needed.

Excellent bedside manner. You can tell he really cares. He will do his best to help you but not let you self diagnose.....seen him many times over the years....always consistent in care and compassion. My health is absolutely better under his care

Horrible experience both times I have seen Dr.Jarek! He has absolutely no bedside manners. He does not take the time to listen to you. He makes assumptions without even giving you a chance to tell your symptoms. From reading other reviews I’m not the only one that feels this way. He is very rude and inconsiderate! Freeman should be ashamed to have him as a Physician! I will not be going to back to him and I will not suggest anyone go to Dr.Jarek if you are wanting to be heard!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jarek and his entire staff. I was so sick for over a year, had seen numerous doctors with no positive results with the exception of Dr Stephen Holmes who referred me to Dr Jarek. By the time I got to Dr Jarek my pain level had skyrocketed to a near 10. My ability to function was at 1 out of 10. I was inflamed, in pain 24/7, and could not sleep. It was miserable laying down, sitting up, and walking was nearly impossible. My visits with the Dr have been near miraculous.. I'm being earnest. The doctor has taken time with me at each visit, and thoroughly explained any and all procedures and treatments. He listens and I believe he gets it. Dr Jarek's entire staff are the best I have encountered (with a special shout out to nurse Billie...she is amazing). I don't feel angst at my visits. I genuinely feel like I'm around family who care. Yes, I have RA...but I have my life back and am fully functioning thanks to doctor & staff.

Wasn’t impressed. Not much in way of bed side manners. He basically said nothing was wrong with me but that I just had Roseacea. His nurse called me back to say labs looked great no issues. So I then asked how long I would need to be on the medication he put me on and she said for life because I have an auto immune disease. Ok wait he said he suspects nothing’s wrong and you are saying nothing showing in labs but to take hydrochlorquine for the rest of my life? Wasn’t impressed. All nursing staff was very kind even tho they were not on the same lines as dr.

My hematologist said my white count has been high since 2012 due to inflammation caused by psoriatic arthritis and to get my white count into normal range I need to control the inflammation so I call Dr. Jarek to schedule an appointment and I'm told to call back when I'm experiencing pain redness and swelling. Not to mention he is very short and rude during initial appointment.

Dr Jarek is very thorough, kind and considerate. He’s amazing at his job and I’ve been with him 14 years and continue to! Amazing nurses

I couldn't be happier with Dr Jarek. He is attentive, he knows me and my condition well, and I trust his opinions and his care so much. He's helped me with my uncommon autoimmune disease more than any other doctor I've seen in Missouri. I would recommend him to anyone!

Other doctors and Cox Rheumatology dept. were amazed that Dr. Jarek did not find the cause of my sudden severe pains. Dr. Jarek was unable to diagnose my condition after many tests, I had 19 of 20 symptoms of PMR, which was discovered with the help my doctor and Cox Rheumatology. After I started treatment I was back pain free in a matter of 6 hours after months of unbearable pain. During my appt. with the Dr. Jarek he actually made fun of condition, I reported him to Cox Hospital in Branson.

I've been seeing Dr Jarek for about 9 years, he's an excellent provider. I've never had a bad experience with him or his staff. Dr Jarek always takes time to listen to me.

This so called doctor wanted me to go off narcotic medications I have been on for over 10 years. I was willing to go off the meds, but he refused to help. I wanted help weaning off them. His answer was that he doesn't give narcotics, and I should just stop taking them. Any doctor knows you can't just quit taking them, you have to wean off them slowly. So I will continue to drive 1 1/2 hours to my old rheumatologist. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to any one.
