Dr. Muller and his staff were great. Kathryn worked me in quicker than I expected. Dr. Muller took time to diagnose and thoroughly explain my injury. Best of all, conservative care is all I needed! I feel very fortunate to have a surgeon like Dr. Muller in the Dallas area. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone with an orthopedic injury.

Actually PA Richard Uva injected Euflexxa in my right knee and the experience was great.

He always shoots straight with me. I have been seeing Dr. Muller for 10 years and I know I can count on him for the best direction to go for me.

Check was quick and efficient with a limited wait time. An assistant came to get me and take me to an exam room within 10 minutes. Dr. Muller and Richard were both very personable and professional ,reviewed my right knee issues thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Finally, they gave me several options to treat the knee and I chose the most complete option of a knee replacement procedure because of my confidence Dr. Muller and Carrell Clinic.

Dr. Muller and his assistant and colleagues Richard and Courtney, Michelle and Kathryn are always so courteous, kind and professional. Dr. Muller , listens with great focus and empathy and explains problem and plan of action with clarity, often literally drawing out the issue and solution. There is not a better surgeon for your shoulder, hips or knees in the entirety of this nation or world. God bless you Dr. Muller and staff for helping me in the past and being there for me as i may need in present and future. I personally had a hip and shoulder surgery with him and it got me back to 100 % not long after and best of all pain free in those areas.

Dr. Muller and his staff were all amazing! We could not have had a better experience. Our Daughter had a torn labrum as well as a hip impediment that had to be repaired. She went in super nervous and the whole process from start to finish was great! His nursing staff at the facility was just as amazing on surgery day! Great always from the assistants to the doctors. Richard PA rocks too. Scheduling could be easier if I had to give an area for improvement.

There are many things I love about this office. At first, it is intimidating because it is a large office and there are a lot of people waiting (also well spaced). However, it goes quickly and check-in and check-out are easy. I am all about efficiency and it is definitely efficient. As for this particular doctor, and I have seen three in his practice, I like that he is not jumping to perform a surgery. Although it’s my decision, he is presenting other options that are much preferable to the long-term recovery surgery. My wife needed hip surgery. As a physcian I polled my colleagues to find the most capable orthopedist available. Dr Muller’s evaluation, bedside manner and surgical results we’re all exemplary. I can’t thank him enough for restoring my wife’s mobility.

Dr. Muller is an amazing orthopedic he has done my ACL and both my shoulders and never had one problem. I would not go to anyone else, he is my families orthopedic doctor for a bunch of athletes old and young.

This is not my first experience with this group of providers. All I can say is every single experience has been awesome. Dr Muller is a fine man and an extraordinary surgeon and doctor.

Dr Muller is beyond a great doctor, he has so many amazing qualities lacking in the medical field these days. I really did a number on my knee - ACL, both meniscus, and MCL, knowing my knee was literally dangling and scared, he took charge, was extremely caring and reassuring. I left his office for the first time and never doubted I had the best doctor. I am very active so it was most important to me that I would get back to normal activities. I’m in my 5th month of recovery and I’m doing great for my type of injury. I can’t say enough about Mark and his entire staff. They have all been there for me for everything I’ve needed. Today was our first visit with Dr. Muller and I don’t think he has any idea how much joy and relief he has brought to my son and myself. It was a simple appointment, that by the way as a mother that has two careers and with all I have going on, I got the appointment time wrong! The staff was not at all ugly or aggravated and accommodated to fit us in regardless of it being my mistake. That alone after driving from Fort Worth set the stage for amazing customer service. Then we went through the normal protocols of getting checked in and having the MRI we already had reviewed and an extra precaution of an x-ray. My son has been in pain for years from football and powerlifting ~ he has been judge and criticized for not being able to “shake it off!” Other doctors couldn’t figure it out. Dr. Muller came in, did his exam, and we were not sure what he was going to say next, but when he did, he has no idea the affect it had on us emotionally. He knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything thoroughly and in terms that my 17 year old and myself could understand, and we are on the road to the next step or my sons recovery. To note, when Dr. Muller left the room my son broke down in tears and was so happy that someone finally believed him, finally saw the problem, AND is going to correct it so that he can finally live a life without pain and do all the physical activities he enjoys. Dr. Muller worked on my knee a few years ago (non-displaced patella fracture) and he will also be doing my hip (labrum tear) in the next month or so. His knowledge gives me confidence in the work does on me. Highly recommended.

My knee replacement surgery was finally able to be completed with all of the COVID-19 mess going on. Everything went well and Dr. Muller and his staff were wonderful. Now is the time for PT and putting this new knee to work. Thank you again for a great experience. I am already seeing improved range of motion after 10 days. Update - I am now 5 months out from surgery and finished with PT. Just working on my own and I am pain free. Thank you Dr. Muller and staff for a helping make me more mobile and able to enjoy the activities that I have missed.
