I would recommend Dr. Robertson 100%. He recently did my deviated septum surgery and everything went smoothly due to his skills and wonderful bedside manner. He has also been very thorough with tests and recommendations with my hearing loss. He spends plenty of time with me at each appointment. I always feel heard and never rushed. I know he took the time to really read into my medical history before meeting with me the first time and I appreciated that tremendously. I would recommend Dr. Robertson 100%. Relaxed, friendly office. Dr. Robertson (and his nurse before him) listened to my concerns both before my exam and at the end of the consultation. I felt like I was being heard. Dr. Robertson was thorough.

Dr Robertson ENT is a professional, kind thoughtful, he listens to what his patient has to say. That is one of the most important characteristics of a doctor in my opinion. He has a wonderful bedside manner.

My husband and I both went to Dr. Robertson years ago. (I just now found this site to rate.) My husband had pretty straight forward allergy problems and Dr. R. helped him greatly. Mine were not only allergies, and asthma, but also chemical sensitivity issues, which not all the medical community is convinced is a "real thing". Dr. Robertson not only believed me, but explained a lot about it that I hadn't been aware of. We highly recommend Dr. Robertson. My husband and I both went to Dr. Robertson years ago. Dr. Robertson always takes his time with his patients. He doesn’t rush or make you feel like he is in a hurry to get rid of you. He explains the treatment plan and asks for the patients buy-in to the plan. The support staff is courteous and helpful.

Dr. Robertson is a wonderful, amazing doctor. I would recommend him 100% to anyone. We have had a terrible experience with billing. Now my daughter may not be able to see her doctor anymore because I can't afford to make up their insurance billing skills.
