Dr Syms cleaned my ears in a very timely fashion with very little discomfort. He did a wonderful job as usual and await for my upcoming 3-month follow-up appt on for a regular ear cleaning on left ear.

Well functioning office. Pleasant staff.

I was recommended to Dr. Syms in 2020 after losing hearing in my right ear. Now I just lost the hearing in my left ear. I’m hoping that the treatment work if not maybe I can get cochlear implants.

Been seen by Dr. Syms for years now. Always have had a great experience, No wasted time, cleans my ear canal and sends me on my way. 15 minutes from check in to check out.

Dr Syms literally saved my hearing and a lifetime of hearing aids. He diagnosed my hearing condition as calcium buildup in my inner ear on my stapes bones. He suggested a Stapedectomy on both ears to be done at different times, which has restored 90% of my hearing.

Nice place and friendly workers

Very courteous & professional care.

Very professional, polite, and understanding people. They took there time to explain everything to you.

Being recommend to Dr. Syms office from another Sinus allergy center for further review. Was received well and after completing sign in work I was immediately met by a PA who was already aware of my problem. Was pleased with the evaluation and forward treatment. A 1 Okay.

I like how quickly a patient is seen after arriving for an appointment. Everybody is very professional.

Amy is on the best Doctors I have come across. Very compassionate person great people I would recommend them.

This was an amazing experience. The office was clean and they were prompt and efficient. My concerns were heard and I felt like they will be a good team for my acoustic neuroma tumor.

I come on from out of town to see Dr. Syms, and I'm able to make a consecutive appointment with Arizona Hearing Center, should I need to see the doctor there.

All went like textbook, in spite of arriving 20minutes early. Staff was fantastic. I have NO complaints or issues. EXCELLENT . Thank you for a job well done.

I have rated this visit and all my visits as 5 stars. The staff run the office extremely efficient. I showed up 20 minutes early and the took me right in. Dr. Sims is very thorough and patient. Great office!

I have been bringing my, now, 89 year old mother to Dr Syms for the past 6 years. Everyone in the office is always very pleasant and patient with, and kind to her. We’re usually in and out pretty quick (not that we’re rushed) and even though her problems are pretty minor, they never treat her as such. Definitely recommend this group! My experience at Arizona hearing has been nothing but excellent Dr Sims is an awesome doctor and explains everything as needed and his PA Linda doesn't excellent job I've been working with her for over a year. Thank you both for all your expertise. The audiologist that do the hearing test are great with you, they are very knowledgeable of what they are doing for us for our hearing test. Dr.Syms is very knowledgeable and his P.A. Linda is absolutely wonderful to work with. She goes above and beyond to help me.

Mark J. Syms is a fantastic surgeon I believe it. He asked qualifying questions. One being what my insurance was. Smirked when I told him AHCCCS now because I lost my job and its insurance. I'm in limbo on my fourth year trying to get disability because I'm unable to work due to severe vertigo, nausea, tinnitus and frequent hospital visits and I'm deaf in one ear and my vestibular nerve was severed, I told him this which should be in his notes. My job's insurance at the time didn't cover one sided cochlear implants back then, Mark Syms told me on this visit that they were approved for it a year ago. Well, now I can't afford it. After previous research and speaking to my father who has Meniere's disease, it appeared to match my symptoms and I found it's the red book of disability coverage. I told Mark Syms this and that I've been to physical therapy unsuccessfully. He told me "No. Figure skaters skate in circles to regain their balance." I told him I jog every day and have a treadmill.

The Staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are on time. The office, even though it’s downtown Phoenix, is easily accessible with good parking space. I have been a patient at Arizona Hearing Center for many years, I am very satisfied.

The wait was 3 minutes from when I arrived. The staff was excellent. My Doctor was the extremely pleasant and polite.

I went to local audiologist. He sent me to Dr Syms because I have a auditory tumor and was losing hearing more and more over last few months. I had not seen a specialist in years about it but my initial symptoms(vertigo panic feeling in stores etc.) After doing the hearing tests, he told me that my hearing in left ear was very bad. Ànd right ear was also bad. I had hoped hearing àides but sadly they will not help my type of loss. Dr. Syms bluntly honest which I appreciated. He is going to do further tests to hopefùlly qualify me for a cochler implant. I trust his judgment, honesty and integrity. Life is a journey and this is añother bump in the road. My son has a whole in his ear drum left from getting tubes in his ear when he was 2 1/2. We tried to do a repair with a paper patch at another ENT in February. That surgery only has a 70% success rate. Of course my son had to be the 30%. The surgery didn’t work so now we have to try a more invasive approach. The problem is my insurance renews June 30th and I’ve already met my deductible for the year. My sons ENT recommended us to Dr. Syms for the more invasive surgery. I am truly grateful for how quick Dr Syms was able to get my son in for an appointment and get my son scheduled for surgery. Also my son is 8yo. I loved the way Dr. Syms team talked to my kid. They let him explain what was going on instead of rushing through the process and having me explain. It was a great experience for my boy to learn how to advocate for himself. Dr. Syms and his PA are very professional in there delivery of care. They do not over book so you end up being meeting your appointment time. The office staff worked with me in scheduling my next appointment since I’m coming from out of town. You don’t want to meet peak traffic time when traveling between Phoenix and Yuma.

The front office staff is exceptional, welcoming and friendly and has made me feel like family since my first visit. Excellent doctors and staff. Do my annual hearing test and exam at AHC and feel very grateful for their care and professionalism

The doctor removed the wax from my ear; the audiologist made the dreaded hearing test as pleasant as possible and the hearing aid specialist had aids ready to try, made appropriate modifications and sent me home with a loaner pair. the audiologist are caring about my hearing better. they take steps to confirm what you need and make sure all hearing equipment functions correctly. i’m in good hands at Arizona Ear Center. Thank you ????

Dr Syms and his entire staff are always ready to care for your hearing needs. I have been a patient for more then 10ths and have yet had any complaints or concerns.
