My consultation visit was excellent as Dr. Craig explained the MRI report and viewed the disc with me showing the cause of the pain and then fully demonstrated the procedure he would be performing. He completed a number of tests, asked and answered questions, explained what to do if the pain got worse. I felt confident in his ability to alleviate my pain. The office staff is delightful and thorough in explaining the surgery center procedure and necessary preparation.

I had just a great experience with Dr Craig. His direct and conservative approach to my diagnosis was just what I needed. It sent me down a path of rehab which has shown immediate results and educated me for the long term health. From my initial encounter with their Office Manager Candi, I can't say THANK YOU enough!!

Dr. Craig is very professional, courteous and looks out for your well being. I have been his patient for 6+ years getting lower back injections. I've opted doing this instead of surgery. Very nice staff in his office as well as at his surgical center. Highly recommend!

Dr. Craig Marshall exceeded my expectations. He was the 6th doctor I went to, attempting to reduce my pain level. I appreciate him not giving me pain pills to put a band aid on my back pain. He took his time and was the only doctor in 2 years to reduce my pain level. Him and his staff are friendly and honest. Another huge plus, is that I did not have to wait months to get inand see him. Dr. Craig is a very nice Dr. he takes time to explain everything so his patients have a clear understanding of what the problem is and how he is going to try to relieve the pain. It is rare to find a Dr. these days that actually talks vs just doing a procedure w/o any explanation of why or what the outcome will hopefully be.

I have been seen by Dr. Craig since July 2019, he did two epidural injections over a 6 week period. He has a wonderful bed side manner. He'll sit with you and discuss all of your questions. He will never make you feel rushed. He "Cared" about me! His staff are wonderful to work with and helped a great deal with working with my workers compensation insurance company.

Dr Craig is thorough and explains diagnosis and treatment to your understanding! Conservative , not a pill pusher. Comfortable with his manner.
