Dr Mary Fleischli and her assistant burnt 2 holes in my skin using laser to correct extra scares from a plastic surgeon she suggested ( dr david morales , do not use him either poor dr) do not use this facility . She burnt two holes in my breast using laser .. because she suggested a plastic surgeon who created extra scares in my breast that she suggested . I had to have plastic surgery 2xs to remove the holes . She should not have laser , inexperienced .

I have seen Dr Fleischli for 15 years now and she is absolutely fantastic! They have a brisk business, so I guess other people know how great she is too. Her office and staff is finely tuned and SUPER friendly. Dr Fleischli’s skills and knowledge are superior! As I have aged, she now does medical AND cosmetic work on my skin. I trust only her to do my Botox. They also have cool Botox and Bubbles promotion that’s more like a party than a Botox appointment!! Lol We moved out of DFW but I still drive 94 miles to see Dr Fleischli! Our whole family uses her too now for any dermatologist needs. I am very grateful that I was referred to Dr Mary E Fleischli so many years ago! I would highly recommend Dr Fleischli. ***update*** Just wanted to update and say her office took extreme Covid-19 prevention measures at my last visit. Very reassuring! I have been a patient of Dr. Fleischli for 5+ years and I had to write a review when I saw some comments about her appearing to rush patients. I am from the NE and I appreciate her desire to be thorough but efficient and be in and out. I work and have to have quick appointments but every issue has been dealt with to beyond my satisfaction. She is incredibly well trained and her years of experience make her the best.

Dr Fleischli is outstanding! She has found skin cancers that other doctors have overlooked or dismissed. I've been seeing her for medical treatment for nearly 20 years and have no complaints, other than it's such a long lead-time to get in to see her!

Very skillful. Harvard trained.

Dr. Fleischli is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and is thorough. I have had two basal cell carcinomas in the last 18 months that she found. I highly recommend her!

Just going to say I would never return due to botox that made me look bad for 6 weeks and should have read other reviews before trying her.

Dr. Fleischli is excellent. I have been going to her for cosmetic services for over a year and I am always more than satisfied!

Dr. Fleischli is AS GOOD AS IT GETS. She is sooo incredibly SMART, PASSIONATE, and then some. Her bedside manner is amazing. She always makes me feel so comfortable. Also, her medical assistants are great too. Her attention to detail is spot on. I always look forward to seeing her. She has been doing my cosmetic procedures for 10 years. I echo other patents that Dr. Fleischli does seem like she is in a rush. My situation was not complex, so it was not an issue. However, I would like to note that I have had issues with her support staff, particularly the nurses. I found them difficult to work with and unpleasant, and that they made multiple mistakes with simple tasks. This decreased the pleasantness of the visit and follow-up significantly. The practice should provide more oversight on nurses' implementation of tasks.

Our whole family has been going to Dr. Fleischli for 20 years. She listens, explains, is very professional and is very caring. Would not think of going to any other doctor for our dermatology needs!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Fleischli for botox and filler for 9 years now. She is absolutely the best and no one can tell I have ever had even one injection. She is an expert in facial muscles, and has never made me look "un-natural" and puffed up. In fact, I regretfully went to another doctor once which caused temporary nerve damage in my face from an injection which Dr. Fleischli was able to visually correct until the nerves restored themselves. I trust her completely.

Dr Fleischli literally saved my life after a checkup found treatable melanoma. I cannot thank her enough.

She is incredible. I love how she really talks to you and explains things. She is also extremely qualified. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

She is nice, but clearly wants to be in & out quickly. Very unhappy with the botox she did, it was too much and my eyelids are sagging [apparently a problem when too much is done] & there is nothing to do but wait till it wears off. I hate to say it, but I think she did so much to jack up the fee. Will never go back to her for botox or fillers!
