Abhorrent office customer service. Incompetent office staff neglecting to obtain complete patient information aimed the blame of the neglect onto the patient and cancelled appointment. Wait time from calling to make an appointment to getting an appointment almost 2 months. I was told by the doctor that she had to leave and go to her exercise class and left and did not finish the procedure. Poor!!! Do not go to her

I was referred here by my doctor but never got to tell the receptionists that or much else. She constantly interrupted me while trying to ask questions. She wanted my name & insurance info & highly focused on my 2nd coverage with United Health Care. Once the billing worker cleared my insurance I got to speak!! I explained why I was wanting the appt. and she didn't know if the doctor would treat me or not...for God's sake its a skin disorder..did I not call a Dermatologist my doctored had given me the number to?? She went and asked the doctor and was told the doctor would not treat me for the issue without even knowing what the issue was. Rude office staff...unqualified doctor. Did the doctor really turn me away or the rude receptionist?? Either way I knew I would not even make an appt. after the way I was treated as an incoming new patient.

It's refreshing not to have to wait on a doctor, she always gets us right in. I drive from Winter Haven to see her and she has see my whole family. She always gives samples when she has them and works to find a medication that won't cost a fortune even with insurance. I have and will continue to recommend ...

Dr. Pepine was personable and thorough. She recommended a face cream she sells for redness. They didn't have samples, I bought it anyway. My entire face broke out in small bumps so I took the cream back and her office manager informed me there are NO REFUNDS! It didn't matter that it harmed my skin! I called the manufacturer of the cream and they said they would replace the tube for Dr. Pepine and still no refund. I own a small business and I would NEVER treat my clients this way.

Dr. Pepine Knows her business. She is excellent at what she does. I have and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is a very good doctor. If you have any problems with your skin she is the one to go to.

Will never return, first time patient was 5 min late to my appointment and the doctor refused to see me. Offered to reschedule 4 weeks from the original date to which I obviously refused. Secretary at front could've cared less if I rescheduled, miserable people to be around.

I have been seeing her for many years and I am very pleased with her care.

Very professional; prompt; as a female I felt comfortable with her. Was allowed to keep on underwear for the annual cancer search! Recommend Dr. Mary Pepine.
