Long wait time. Staff isn't as helpful as I would like. Appointments made for follow up visits are regularly rescheduled due to Dr. Mirza being out of town. Am looking for a new nephrologist.

Mom went to ER. ER doctor called Dr. Mirza and I was told to make an appointment this week. I asked why since Mom is not a kidney patient and was told he is also a regular doctor. His office manager refused to make her an appointment even after I told her it was his idea. Nasty treatment by them.
