Dr. Thomas Ralph Pierce

Let me begin by saying I have horrible anxiety. Like a 25 on a scale of 1-10. From the front office to the dental chair the staff was amazing. First off, im a new patient calling in for an emergency appointment and they worked me in the next day. That in itself is a miracle these days. Dr. Thomas was kind and let me set the pace of the visit . He took the time to talk to me and let me work thru my nerves. He didnt try to rush me and just get the procedure done. He listened to my concerns, no matter how irrational & he didn't make me feel silly for being so anxious. He was so kind .& reassuring. And he made sure I didn't feel a thing!! I don’t remember the DA in the pink scrub top but she was absolutely amazing I’m extremely terrified of the dentist however with her I got a tooth pulled while awake. Then I tired to tip her and she said it was her job and there was no need.

Amazing staff. Smiling faces. Best place to have dental care done. Dr. Pierce has helped give me my smile back without being in constant pain everyday and my husband & I are forever grateful for it.

I’d been putting off getting a tooth removed for almost 2 years. I finally went to Dr. Pierce today because I couldn’t get an appointment with an oral surgeon I trusted and I’m beyond glad I did. Everything about my experience from first scheduling the appointment with Lynn to actually having not 1 but 2 teeth extracted was amazing!!! Dr. Pierce and his staff helped me so much! I came in as a new patient last week with a lot of dental work needed before my dental insurance becomes inactive by end of this month. The staff got me an appointment last week and an appointment this week. They did not try to do work that was not in my best interest. Dr. Pierce did what should have been about 3 visits, in one visit today just to help me out. Yes, I was there a long time, but it was more than worth it in the long haul. I definitely plan on going back to Dr. Pierce for my future dental needs in the future. Dr. Pierce and his staff helped me so much! Great friendly people in and out quick

They made my visit very pleasant.Everyone was very kind.

Called at 4:30 on Monday with a broken tooth and they saw me the next morning. Great service and friendly!

Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable staff and doctor. The assistants go above and beyond to make the patients comfortable and ease their anxiety. The doctor is extremely thorough with his patients dental needs. The business office goes above and beyond to make the check in process as easy as possible for the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pierce for almost 20 years. I have never been dissatisfied with any of his work. In fact, I have the best occlusion of my entire life. I like the fact that Dr. Pierce does not have to send you to another dentist to finish the work. He does it all.

Amy the hygienist is the best I’ve ever had. She’s firm with me for not coming in more regularly but very gentle and thorough in her methods. Today, I went for a wisdom tooth extraction. When I say the service that was provided to me was amazing, it was amazing. They provided me with top notch care. The dental assistants and hygienist were great. His son treated me as if I have been a patient there for years. The extraction took minutes. No pain.. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Pierce and the entire staff are wonderful, caring people. I am always satisfied with the work that they do. They have transformed the health and look of my mouth over the last few years. They have worked with my fear of the dentist. I am now very comfortable with seeing the dentist. I highly recommend them.

This is most definitely the best dental oriented team I’ve bumped into without a doubt! Before meeting Dr.Pierce a dentist visit was the last thing to do on my agenda. I just love Dr. Pierce, his sweet wife Lynn and staff! They have come through for me on more than one occasion over the years and I couldn't be more pleased!! I can always count on that warm welcome with coffee and little laughs along in my visits.. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else.. the honesty is so rare these days but they all live it strong and I can always count on hearing it from them. Dr Pierce and his staff have been such a blessing for helping my daughter. She was developing a severe overbite and other orthodontist wanted to wait 2 years before treating her because she was 10. She has completed her treatment at the beginning of this year and now has a beautiful smile. Also she has Aspergers Syndrome and the staff have always been very sensitive to her needs and what she can handle. Dr Pierce and his staff have been such a blessing for helping my daughter. Dr. Pierce is a horrible dentist! I went in for a root canal ended up having it pulled. because I'm a Diabetic it takes longer to heal and he has put me through hell! I have had a dry socket for 4 days now and he refuses to treat it ???????????????????????????????????? worst experience of my life☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
