Matia Mulumba

I love Dr Mulumba. He is my physician of record on my workers comp claim so I have been seeing him for several years. He practices at an urgent care so I also see him sometimes when I or my child are ill. The urgent care is not meant to be a fill in for a family doctor so patients need to have that expectation when they go there. Urgent care centers aren’t for an illness that is going to require extensive tests and multiple appointments.

He was very demeaning in nature as he seemed like he doesn't care about his patients and thinks they are making their symptoms up. I felt very uncomfortable. He ran in a out. Rushed through everything. I asked him a question to see which specialist I would need to see for a certain issue and when I was leaving, I heard him laughing about it with a nurse. This is definitely not how people should be treated, especially when they are sick. Would never recommend to anyone.
